I ordered two orders and cheese sticks. They gave me one order cut it in half and said it was two. If y’all are that hungry, don’t steal my money and eat the other half of my order. Say something I might’ve bought you order of cheese sticks.

We went there on a Friday night. Thought it was odd that there wasn't anyone dining inside. I went to the counter to ask if they had inside dining. Took almost 10 before I saw anyone but when I asked they told me yes, we have inside dining. I said well I wanted to let someone know we were here and wanted to order. After sitting and waiting 30 minutes, all while watching Door dash drivers come and go with their orders, and seeing at least 2 employees look over at us seated there, we got up and left. If I could leave less than a 1 rating, I would. I understand that with Door Dash and GrubHub they are busy with call in orders but don't tell someone you have dine in service if you have no intentions of serving us! We won't be back.

Placed an online order and what was delivered was not correct. Tried calling for a half hour straight and no one answered the phone. I'll go out of my way to pick up from Beech Grove Pizza Hut before I spent any money at the East Street location again.

Shanika, manager went above and beyond to make my day! I messed up my order online and she made it right for me at the window 15 min. before closing. Thank you to her and the staff. Pizza was excellent! Highly recommend this location.

This Pizza Hut is one of the most poorly managed locations I have ever dealt with, and it starts with General Manager shakesha.

I previously had a direct interaction with shakesha where she was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability, she acted like customer concerns didn’t matter. That alone says everything about how this store is being run.

Tonight made it even clearer. I called the store for 30 minutes straight and was completely ignored. When I finally drove up, I sat at the window while no one acknowledged me. The employee inside had headphones in and was so disengaged that he couldn’t hear the phone ringing or even notice a customer sitting at the window. This is basic responsibility, and it was completely ignored.

This is not just an employee problem — this is a management problem. When a store is run this way, it is because the general manager allows it. There is no urgency, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. Phones go unanswered, customers are left waiting indefinitely, and the entire operation feels careless and neglected.

This location reflects extremely poor leadership. HR and corporate seriously need to look into how this store is being managed, because this level of indifference and incompetence should not be tolerated. No customer should be treated this way.

Place looks closed, its dark and depressing inside. Dining in felt like i was comitting a crime. I did not get any plates or napkins when dining In. All the tables are dirty. Limited drink selection. No buffet or servers. I love pizza hut but not this one. Please go someplace else! Theres a reason why i was the only one there!!!

We LOVE this Pizza Hut! The service is fantastic, the workers are not only talented but extremely kind and hospitable, and there is no other location like it! Shoutout to Sabrea specifically for being so GREAT!
