Pizza Hut

My order was wrong. The lady that claimed to be the general manager was very unprofessional. She was using profanity, and Being rudeI will no longer go to the store.

I ordered pizza bread and they sent me fine pizza, I left the delivery on a little table I have outside but I didn't even ring the bell, when I picked it up it was frozen. I won't order over the phone again.

This place needs to be shut down! The food is not good! The employees are outside smoking, not making orders! I ordered a personal pizza & bread sticks, supposed to be ready at 3:36 & waited til 3:55 to get my order!

I just moved here two months ago and this location is the closest to me so I normally go here they mess up my order Everytime and I have to wait and the manger she always got an attitude and wonder why no one wants to work there. I order for the last time yesterday a 3 topping pizza and only got 2 was so irritated I ended up going to another restaurant to eat for the night I will never go back there and I was just about to apply for a part time position there they lost me

I just ordered some food from this place at 10pm, they took my order and never delivered. That's poor customer service. I wld give this place a 0 but they make me give it a star to write a review.

Went with a friend recently for dinner, and I gotta say the customer service is so amazing. You’re welcomed in with a friendly smile, food is handled with care and the place is super clean. Logan, Mike, and Lashaun are amazing employees. I love when I see them, makes my night way better.

We came in with close to a dozen young men for my son's 18th birthday and Marcus went above and beyond to make it a memorable night. The whole kitchen worked hard and fast to get these guys fed and Marcus checked on us and blessed our table with the greatest service I've had anywhere in a long time.
What a great experience!

Dude, why only have one worker available. This store and most pizza huts around this location just suck. These reviews don't matter to the higher ups either. They allow their workers to have to be entirely alone. So so low staffed. Super lazy management for letting one worker have to do so much. It's not even the workers fault at this point for messing up the order. Then they get in trouble because theyre so extremely overworked and stressed- illogical. 🤣 never eating from any pizza hut store again until the reviews change. Most of them have terrible reviews. Also I hope you give the guy that worked last night a raise because he did a great job at handling the mistake- while people left and right were mistreating him. Good for him, and bad on you pizza hut. Too common to be overlooked.

In a world that has forgotten what customer service is....this particular store and staff has not...We had interaction from the cook to the Management....and was blown away.

Shout to Joy and Will for having the best customer service. Super professional and kind. Called to have an order modified because I forgot to order a couple of things before I checked out. It was clearly my fault and they went out of their way to help me. True gems!
