Delivery was on time, pizza undercooked. Very doughy. Raw dough. Tried to give benefit of the doubt, but I ended up throwing it out. Breadsticks were okay. Called store and they gave me some credit, but it has to be at that store. Not confident I’ll be back, to be honest.

First impression was the inside is neglected. I was at the counter for 10 minutes before someone acknowledge me. I checked the pizzas before leaving and they have not included the side sauces that I paid for. When I asked fir them they they told me they were out.
The service was rude and they could clean up the lobby. Pizza Hut you can do better.

I'd rate you guys 0 stars if I could your customer service is terrible. How the hell can you lose an order status of your own store and not know the location of your own store you're the only location on west 86th Street . Rude people running the store too who don't know a lick of English or pretending you don't. And hang up on people in the middle of them speaking or playing like the order is with a different store. I'm reporting.

Putting your hand on your hip and talking crazy makes no situation better. Get it together, I have been coming here for over a decade. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! STAY AWAY!!! Just saw 2 other customers walk out as well, same bad customer service.

Welcome to the dirtiest Pizza Hut in Indianapolis I just arrived at the store I had an order with them when I arrived at the store they told me to wait 10 minutes I waited and when they finished I went back to them I asked them did they find my order they told me to wait another 20 minutes this is nonsense I want the store owner to replace workers like these because they do not work hard We demand to replace the workers with workers who love work. The big problem is that the store does not have many customers

DEFINITELY THE WORST PIZZA EVER. We ordered a pizza and first of all, it took about an HOUR to just give us the pizza. When we got home, we opened it and the pizza was MISSING A BASE. The pizza tasted horribe and it was just the toppings, NOTHING GOOD. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND anyone to eat this!

Not worth a star. Services has been very poor since it opened a couple years ago. The interior is filthy. Greasy dirty doors at the entrance. Trash ALL over the kitchen floor(open to the public). Workers show up to work with bonnets on their head as if they’re at home cooking in their own kitchens.
Several times I’ve attempted to order food but the staff is so involved in their private conversations that they can’t stop to take orders. They’re so caught up in what they are talking about and using every profanity word imaginable that they are literally riding the clock. Then mocked me as I finally left to go eat elsewhere.
I would not recommend this place at all.

I went today to pick up my pizza and the fridge looks like it was full of mouse poop in my order was not complete. Will never go back there. I’m sure it’s full of rats. Everything looks so nasty.
