So DoorDash picked up the wrong order so DoorDash got are pizza wrong so we called Pizza Hut and they were super nice and kind. They got our order fixed and Daniel the manager got his cook to bring it for us. Nice fresh and hot. This service is the best. They also gave us extra breadsticks. This crew is amazing. I recommend this Pizza Hut. Thank you guys so much for doing this.

Great service experience, above and beyond! We ordered a box deal for pickup, with cinna stix but cheese stix made it in the box by accident. While on the way home before I even knew the mistake, the general manager called and got our address so that he may deliver the cinna stix and gave us a 2 litter for the inconvenient. They were busy and it was an honest mistake, and they couldn't have handled it better!

Daniel greeted me and made my pizza in a timely manner.Daniel greeted me and the service was friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated the promptness of the preparation. I would certainly recommend this establishment for its excellent service.
Waited an extra 45 minutes for my order just for everything to be ice cold. Tried calling to get refund nobody answered. Extremely frustrating and would give a zero star if possible.

The pizzaaaaaaa was absolutely amazing. I haven’t lived in Indy for quite some time. However traveling through I decided to stop for dinner and I am pleased to say I’m so glad I did. The store was clean and the food was delicious.
