Definitely the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had happened at this location. T-Mobile has a deal every Tuesday where they give their customers freebies. This particular Tuesday was a promo code for Pizza Hut where if you spend $1, you get a free “Crafted Flatzz” pizza (normally priced at $5). So I ordered for pickup and paid for it through the app on my lunch break. I get there and the guy at the counter says I owe $5. I politely tried to explain the promo code and how I already paid in the app and he keeps insisting that theirs still a balance due. I asked to speak to a manager and he says he is the General Manager. So I just asked for a refund since theirs no sense in arguing. He did refund my $1.36 and ended up giving me my food (cheese dipping sauce was cold btw) but he was still mad and cussed at me while I was walking back out to my car. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or if he was mad that he had to give me a free pizza for the T-Mobile deal but there was no reason for him to treat me like that. I will never be returning to this location and I may never eat at Pizza Hut again.

Orders are never ready on time
This locations manager is great fixed my problem last time so I felt no need to complain last time. But now for the second time I have ordered pan paid extra and received hand tossed. Last time they put the wrong toppings wrong crust and extra sauce instead of none almost like I got the wrong pizza the manager sent out a new one made it right. So ordering again expecting things to be fine because it seemed they were trying to make this store better. And I pay the upcharge and don’t even get the crust I like. It’s not a huge deal and was something small it’s just a bit disappointing to happen again almost like they aren’t paying attention to the order completely.
After my experience tonight I never plan on spending another dime with Pizza Hut. I ordered on the mobile app and time ready was 7:08. I arrived a little after that and waited over 30 minutes and left without food. Thankfully I didn’t pay ahead and planned to pay with cash. I should have left sooner but I kept being told by employees and eventually the manger that it was coming. Trying to spend money with a struggling company and literally can’t even give them cash for the food I ordered. I can’t wait to see this place gone for good.
Too bad service they are going to somewhere they don’t know they have pending order to make I didn’t get any single order on time feom that store

THE BEST PIZZA HUT IN THE CITY! I pass other locations to order from this store!
Ordered a pizza, wings, and breadsticks. Was super disappointed to find a hair in the pizza. Absolutely grossed out, I called to let them know, and they were able to remake the pie. Not really in the mood for pizza anymore.
Tried to place a walk in order at after 3pm since that’s what time they open.. Lady upfront saw me standing at the door she looked up at me and continued doing whatever she was doing. Didn’t say a single word to me and completely ignored me. I just walked away after that…

I called to place a carry out order. called 6 times and was hung up on immediately each time. I drove to the location placed my order in person.. the order was not rung up correctly didn't get half the stuff I asked for. Then the cashier had the nerve to complain about not receiving a tip. So here is a tip do better.
This place is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered food to pick up, no biggie, but I get there, not only are the employees rude and completely unprofessional… they were carrying on conversation about another employee (Desiree) not doing their job with a lobby full of 8 customers there to pick up their orders, bringing back receipts for delivered orders with missing items, there to place an order and completely avoiding addressing anyone that was there waiting. They were talking, while preparing other orders and enjoying their complaints about this other employee, but not taking care of a damn customer waiting right in front of them. My pizza was done, sitting in a warmer while we’re all getting side eyed from the rude blonde girl with an attitude that was originally at the register when I first walked in, but continued to avoid it after a customer came in to order that didn’t speak English… she walked over to the other employee to loudly comment on his lack of understanding and her opinion about that, for the other employee to figure it out and stayed preoccupied after that. The manager seemed to be distracted by other things too, including whatever Desiree did not do. Why are there employees in “customer service” positions that have absolutely no customer service skills??? I only got my food because the lady who came in with missing items from her delivery said “some people are only out here waiting to pick up their food”, that poor woman had to wait again for her missing items to be made. By the way, I got home after waiting 25 minutes after my “ready” time for my already ready order to be missing things from my order as well. WTH is going on here? Who’s in charge? Is anyone really in charge?
Trash restaurant, should be closed down and the trash management and staff should all be let go. Order a box meal , a third party like uber eats or DoorDash made the delivery , while they were there. They were ignored by staff when asking about my delivery . When I tried to call to get someone on the phone. No one answered . If I could give a percentage of 1 star I would. Absolutely trash service and experience.
3 hour wait?? Canceled order and placed order elsewhere.
Edited 4/3/25. Absolutely trash. Literally threw the entire order away. Pizza arrived over 30 minutes late. Cold and gross. Wrong amount of wings sent. 9 missing sauces that were paid for. Tried to call the number provided for the store and automatically put on hold and then straight to a busy signal. Never again.
