I normally like Lizza Hut but my daughter ordered online and when i got there to pick up, it was $54 for 2 large pizzas and bread sticks. First thing sticks are no longer 8pc they went down to 6. Second the large thin crust pizza that online special is 1 topping $9.99 but wait if you get 2 topping it jumps up to $19.xx. this is ridiculous. Not to mebtion there larges are now like mediums. 2 large pizzas and order of sticks, barely fed 4 people, 2 giys and 2 girls, not big eaters.

Ordered for pickup. Pepperoni and breadsticks. I ordered a cheese sauce and an extra marinara. They hooked me up on the sauce! Pizza was hot and breadsticks were crispy and seasoned well. Customer service was great!

We had meat lovers pizza melts. They were very good. Hot and fresh both of us thought they were excellent. Service was very good with only one person working and being busy. Atmosphere just a pick up but was organized and clean.

Pizza was dry and kind of tasteless...very unusual for Pizza Hut because their sauce is very sweet. The breadsticks were stale/overcooked. Very poor quality. PH has a very distinct taste and our food totally missed the mark. Our sauce cups were small, usually PH is generous with their sauces. Dining out is a costly venture these days so we will most likely not risk it again with this particular location.

I don’t really do this but I haven’t had the best of days. I order food before todays games and walking into this Pizza Hut employee Kaylee I believe had the biggest smile in the world and she was so nice. Great customer service . It made my day. I’ll definitely be back. Great pizza & wings. It only takes a smile to change the mood of someone.

Sent hand tossed. We ordered pan tossed. The man on the phone said he would have a manager call. That did not happen. They had absolutely no intentions for trying to make it right. Paided more for the pan tossed and they cared nothing about fixing it. I guess I have to accept the absolutely horrible customer service! NEVER AGAIN Pizza Hut!

Due to a computer glitch my payment pulled without the order going through. I had no proof just our word. We have 3 boys who were waiting on dinner. I was I'll and unable to leave the house and my husband couldn't leave my side. Plus due to a recent car wreck our truck is in the shop. Our local pizza hut manager called the GM. They were very kind and honored our order. The GM Katie delivered it herself since Door dash also had an issue. That's customer service. That's leadership. This is why we will continue to support Pizza hut and this store for all of our events. My husband is a football coach and I have many office events. This is our store ❤️ # Greenwood,IN on Meridian

COMPLETE UNPROFESSION!!!! Walked in to workers LOUDLY cursing and fighting. Not at all acknowledging the 8 customers waiting inside. I understand work can be stressful but THIS is beyond UNNECESSARY!

No table service. No fountain drinks. And the list goes on and on. Not the same as it used to be at all. This seems to be the new business model for the franchise. Such a shame.

Haven't had Pizza Hut in years. The thin crust pizza was good. It had a lot of toppings and was delicious.The boneless chicken wings were bad. They tasted off like they were bad or spoiled.The bread sticks were about burnt. Based on this visit, we won't be returning for some time.

So order through the app for pick up said it would be ready at 645 waited for the app to tell me it was done went to pick it up was made to wait 30 minutes

My order arrived 30 minutes later than the projected time. There was a receipt attached to the box, yet they still did not deliver everything they were supposed to. This means that both the store and the DoorDash (who they chose to use for delivery and is also not providing assistance) dasher did not double check the order before it left the store. I would have said something to the dasher, but she sped off the moment I opened my door. I called the store multiple times and couldn't seem to connect to a live person. After calling the 5th time, I was put on hold for 10 minutes after already waiting 20. The woman who answered said she was "having issues with her system". At that point, I decided that my time was more valuable than dealing with these people. I contacted Pizza Hut's app customer service but highly doubt I will get a response. I will not be ordering from them again. Buyer beware!
