I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, and what they gave me looked like it was 2 weeks old and hadn’t been refrigerated. The cheese was so thin, and it was hard and crusty and hard to even take a bite from. The store looks like the area it’s in, so super hood. And then this new phase of everyone thinking people should tip at their establishment, I got prompted to tip, and I did. Which now knowing that it wasn’t even edible has me to the point I won’t ever choose Pizza Hut again.

I went online at 10:45pm to place a delivery store hours listed show this location closes at 11p. Problem is I guess they don’t actually continue serving to 11 PM even though at this point you only offered delivery.. I was not able to process my order online nor at the store. I get that the people in the store may be trying to Close early, but even the website won’t allow someone to process an order. If your hour, so you are open till 11, then you need to continue answering your phone accepting orders until the time you show your business closes otherwise change the hours because that to me is false advertisement. I know back in my pizza slinging days. Our managers were call two minutes before close just to make sure we were still answering the phone to take orders now even corporate closes it down early. That’s pretty sad Pizza Hut. Guess I’ll move on to the next option. Probably good old reliable papa John I included a screen shot showing I’ve had time to google the hours. Call the store and tried processing online one more time hoping it’s a glitch as you can see even when I took this picture I had a minute to spare

I will never come back here. Joleen and the girl with the white wig on were so rude instantly. Took my receipt and acted confused. My gf placed an order and I went inside to pick it up. They were so rude to me and it's embarrassing. Like I didn't deserve that. I'm not a rude person but I know that if I give a receipt of my order to you that you usually look for the order. But she called the manager and the manager was rude also. Like just give me my food that we paid for.

NASTY. I ordered 2 cheese personal pans. There wasn’t any pizza sauce on either pizza and only enough cheese to cover about one slice. The rest was nothing but plain, burnt bread. Also, what happened to putting the personal pans in a box? The burnt bread stuck to the sides of the pan and I had to use a fork to pry the pizza out of the pan. The store inside was DIRTY and customer service was not the best. Whoever manages this hole in the wall store needs to do better for our Eastside community.

I was near the area and decided to use the app to speed up the process. It was as simple as downloading the app, inputting my information, and placing my order. The time I was giving was 15 minutes. I go inside and immediately greeted. I told them my name and to my surprise my order was ready. There was no waiting period. If you find yourself wanting a pizza 🍕, I do recommend getting the app. You also get points for ordering. I do like when restaurants reward you for your purchase and loyalty.
