It’s Pizza Hut. It’s not a gourmet slice. But I just got the $9.99 carry out special with a stuffed crust. It was piping hot, with plenty of cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was excellent for what it is, fast food.

My Grandmother and I got food poisoning from here ! This was almost two weeks ago and I’m still having stomach issues and horrible bowel problems. ( TMI ) My feces are green ! And Nauseous on and off ! I will never eat Pizza Hut again . Please beware !!!

We stopped in the parking lot. We're pretty sure that the place was completely closed down because it looked abandoned from the outside. It was after 5 o'clock, maybe 530. Not a single car in the unweeded, overgrown parking lot. I poked my head inside and it looks so empty. It looks like it probably should be closed down. I thought there was one customer there, but it looked like it might be a crew member on break. I thought I heard some activity in the back. Very sterile, no decorations, very unappealing.

First off, we ordered the three pizza box and they sent three medium round pizzas instead... Secondly, we ordered cynics on the side and they sent the icing and no sticks... Then, when we called to complain, they said doordash out with the order and the guy stood at my door for fifteen minutes, expecting to get paid!!

Worst experience I've had at a pizza place!! I placed a $70 order for one of the pizzas to have the wrong toppings and the cinnamon sticks were missing. So called and they sent both out through Doordash. The guy gets here and speaks spanish trying to tell me I owe them cash when it was the stores mess up. Called and they said it was zeroed out and this dasher stood on my porch for 30 minutes saying we needed to return the food back to the store for it layer not to be cinnamon sticks but half breadsticks and half cinnamon sticks. Called store back wanting that fixed cuz it's Fathers day me, dad and three brothers been through enough and they tell me can't do anything more to come in next day to talk to GM

Don’t go to the Pizza Hut on Mitthoefer in Indianapolis. They screwed up our order and were very rude and disrespectful. The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never order Pizza Hut again. The store was also extremely dirty, trash overflowing and unsanitary. The lady got mad and threw the returned pizza on the floor when I returned it.
I called on the phone to place my order and I thought the person heard me but when I got there to collect my food, I had a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni pizza and I kept saying on the phone that I wanted pineapples on the side with the roasted peppers I thought I was being very clear in what I wanted and the whole time they were thinking I want pineapples on the side, very disappointed that I didn’t get any pepperonis on my pizza and when I said I want pepperoni on the pizza the lady just looked at me like I was dumb instead of trying to fix her Employees mistake. Will not be returning to this Pizza Hut. The employees do not have good, listening skills and clearly don’t care about the money that you’re spending.

Ordered by phone for in store pickup around 10:00 pm Saturday. Ordered the thick pan Hawaiian pizza and cheese bread. Got a Hawaiian pizza on the hardest thinnest crust possible and plain bread sticks with a ton of garlic spread inside a soaked in butter bag. For $27.01 it was awful.

Absolute trash! Ordered my pizza and it said delivery for 636 and when I called at 7 it was busy. I finally got through at 730 and the guy that answered said we closed at 6 your money should be refunded to your card and hung up no apology no nothing. Never tf again will I patronize this Pizza Hut.

Preston promised me a credit on my account when the delivery driver arrived with wrong receipt and missing items from my order on 11/29/24. To add insult to injury the driver spoke zero English and kept repeating something then said 1 minute in English. He then went to his car and drove off. The manager by the name given to me was Preston and said my credit would be under my name & phone number. Called today spoke with a Sandra that was not friendly but kept saying the credit is not there. I gave everything I was told to give. I can add and subtract and Sandra says even if 15$ was applied you still have a balance. I stated I can see that clearly. Mrs Sandra simply chose to become angry, unpleasant, rude &argumentative trying to provoke me the customer into being other than myself. I told her I'm not going to go back and forth, you have a blessed night and hung up.
