Ordered by phone for in store pickup around 10:00 pm Saturday. Ordered the thick pan Hawaiian pizza and cheese bread. Got a Hawaiian pizza on the hardest thinnest crust possible and plain bread sticks with a ton of garlic spread inside a soaked in butter bag. For $27.01 it was awful.

Absolute trash! Ordered my pizza and it said delivery for 636 and when I called at 7 it was busy. I finally got through at 730 and the guy that answered said we closed at 6 your money should be refunded to your card and hung up no apology no nothing. Never tf again will I patronize this Pizza Hut.

Preston promised me a credit on my account when the delivery driver arrived with wrong receipt and missing items from my order on 11/29/24. To add insult to injury the driver spoke zero English and kept repeating something then said 1 minute in English. He then went to his car and drove off. The manager by the name given to me was Preston and said my credit would be under my name & phone number. Called today spoke with a Sandra that was not friendly but kept saying the credit is not there. I gave everything I was told to give. I can add and subtract and Sandra says even if 15$ was applied you still have a balance. I stated I can see that clearly. Mrs Sandra simply chose to become angry, unpleasant, rude &argumentative trying to provoke me the customer into being other than myself. I told her I'm not going to go back and forth, you have a blessed night and hung up.

So we already knew it was probably going to be a busy night to order pizza on the night after Thanksgiving, and at first that's exactly how it was going when our pizza went missing! Needless to say after all the shenanigans Preston saved the day. I don't usually make a point to write reviews, but your employee deserves every bit of this. He is the only reason we will be reordering, and the replacement pizza was probably the best pizza we've had from this location. Preston followed up with amazing customer service skills and should really be recognized by your company for his promise to make it right!

I quit going to this location a while back because they had really gone downhill but I had a really good coupon deal I got online and decided to give them another chance. Ordered ahead on the mobile app, my order was ready when I got there. Employees were friendly and courteous. Only complaint the pizza was lukewarm even after it had been in there warmer out of the oven but not really a big deal, I warmed it up when I got home. Got a pan pizza, always my favorite Pizza Hut pizza and it was really good. I'll start going back again now.

Every time I order from Pizza Hut, take it to order wrong. I will never order from there again. I had to go up there to get my money back because the manager was nasty on the phone. So Pizza Hut, just lost a good customer.

Employees here are awesome. Great customer service. Was asked three different times to leave tip for pick up order. I tip cash so company can't steal tip from employees. Once on app when paying then signing receipt and then had to clear it asking for a tip on the card reader after completely paying on line. Nice try corporate thieves.

The bathrooms are very dirty and do not give any protection to the place and you cannot eat inside, it is very cold.
Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks, got 1 cold pizza, called to tell them I want the rest of my order, took 8 minutes for them to pick up and after that I waited another 8, nothing, absolutely horrible, I love pizza hut but this location is garbage.

This place is literally trash. We ordered pizza at 7:40 on a Sunday night and never received it. We called the store 17 times and nobody answered. The estimated delivery time was 8:10 and we ended up giving up completely by 9:30. The order tracker still says it’s in progress too. When I called the store the next day they said “sorry this order was cancelled last night” and I said I wasn’t notified and my order tracker still says it’s in progress. They offered no assistance or compensation. We’ve had a million problems with this location but this is the final straw

This location is absolute TRASH. My two pizzas had to be cooked 5 hours prior because when I got them, you could tell by the cheese they were old. They also had no sauces (garlic or ranch) available for purchase, and the person on the phone was rude. Avoid this location at all cost!

Ordered a tavern pizza got a thin cheese pizza. Asked for the manager who said there was nothing she could do about it. There's nothing worse than an uppity snobby manager who doesn't know anything about Pizza Hut. Doesn't care about customers. Should be fired immediately. I will never order a pizza hut pizza anywhere. This is the best they can do. Deplorable, disgusting and left me with a lot of hate, She treated me like a white person.
