It's ok if you can get someone to help you. There are employees just walking around not doing anything. Then you have to wait 20 mins past the time your food is supposed to be ready. Even if you order online and you dont even get helped when you walk in the door. They really need to do better. I really hope they wash their hands, seeing how they handle the food with NO GLOVES!!!!!!

My pepsi was missing blamed door dash mentioned my iceing didnt come then manager tells me “ i know ur iceng was there… nice to be called a liar after YEARS OF ORDERING and NEVER complainig ordering pizza once a week. Sooo sad

Ordered food for two days. Cash upon delivery. Did not receive pasta. Driver asked for full amount. Receipt had pasta circled with note to call store. I did last night, and over 20 times today. I spoke with order line numerous times thru out the day. They transfer me to store and I get voice mail. Over and over. To no avail. Tried to reach customer service thru chat, but as I’d type to answer questions they’d close chat. Finally after a few times I get the response that my issue will be forwarded to upper management and I’ll get a response in 24-72 hours. What a joke. They could have adjusted my total for no pasta at store and driver could have told us and collected adjusted amount. Then there would be no issue. Or, just an idea, store could have called me. I just want my money. Be careful, check your order. Then you wouldn’t be stuck like me. No food and cash gone. No one to call for help. Trust me, I’ve tried every avenue. Good luck.

I ordered online and paid for food that was missing and unacceptable. The cheesy alfredo pasta I ordered was not sent with my pizza and cajun boneless wings and when the Doordash delivery person arrived I asked him where was the pasta. He didn't speak English and pointed to the receipt on the box. There was a note on my receipt instructing me to call the store. I called and was told they didn't have the chicken for the chicken alfredo pasta and I told them I didn't order that, I had ordered cheesy alfredo. The staff apologized and then told me the were out of the pasta to make the cheesy alfredo. The staff also lied to me saying they had tried to call me as well as the delivery driver. I told the staff that I had no missed calls on my phone and hadn't received any calls from either Pizza Hut or Doordash, and I asked if they called me from the store phone. I told them I took a screenshot of my call history and call log to verify this. The staff became very rude speaking over me and began telling me they are giving me a $10 store credit for the pasta and didn't allow me a chance to speak to discuss the condition of my pizza or wings I received. The pizza was missing pizza sauce, bare of toppings in spots and the wings appeared naked with only a sprinkle of the cajun rub. I was told to have a good day and hung up on by the staff when I attempted to discuss my order.

They didn't want to give me a refund, said to leave and talk to gm the next day. I just couldn't believe how this place was ran. Wish I would have recorded everything.

The pizza toppings were correct and plenty full, but the bottom crust was undercooked to the point you couldn’t even pick the pizza up out of the box without spatula. As thin as the hand tossed pizza was it was hard to believe that the crust was that undercooked.

We are ALWAYS missing something. This time they delivered someone else’s order and we had to physically drive to the location to get our actual order.

Ordered from this Pizza Hut last night, never received my order. They somehow lost the order. And the door Dash delivery driver was never able to pick up the order as the order was somehow lost. They refused to remake the order so the DoorDash driver called me. I then had to call Pizza Hut took 20 minutes to even get somebody on the phone and then they refused to refund the money that I had paid for the order so I ended up filing fraudulent charges on Pizza Hut. Sad business. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely horrible as the person I was dealing with on the phone ended up hanging up on me and instead of handling the situation. Never ever would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. CERTAIN STAFF NEEDS FIRED

Ordered delivery and when I got the pizza it wasn't done all the way, the crust on the bottom was pretty much missing and it wasn't what I ordered and I didn't get some of what I ordered with it. I had to call four times and finally got somebody and she said she would remake it I got there and that pizza was the exact same way wasn't done at all was soggy and the cheese was not even melted all the way and wasn't what I ordered she refused to give me a refund said that she would give me a $20 credit on my account but haven't received that either. So not only did I pay for delivery and tip the delivery driver I had to go back up there and still couldn't get my money back. We'll never go back to this Pizza Hut ever again
