Only Pizza Hut buffet left in the city. It hurts me to give this info about because it's going to make it busier when I go there for lunch. But that's my sacrifice for you. I love her because you have every option of all pizzas and pasta and breadsticks and salad bar.. add the waitresses and staff are amazing

Charged me but then said they don’t have my order and can’t refund me. When they finally did make the food because I called them out after waiting in store for 30 minutes, it was half baked.
Ordered a stuffed crust pizza… not only in the stuffed crust taste straight out the freezer with no garlic or anything in it, there was a fat piece of paper in the crust part lol. I don’t get it. The wings are good though

Ordered 2 large pizza’s, one was pepperoni & Sausage and one was simply Extra cheese. I have two small kids that only eat cheese pizza. Well we had a snow storm that day but I still managed to pick up my pizza. Being guarantied that my pizza was correct I left for home. I get home with 2 large pepperoni & Sausage pizza’s. I called in made them aware of the error. The Lady on the phone was really nice she apologized then took my name & Number down in told me they would credit my pizza. Well I call today about that pizza in Some other lady gets on the phone saying she’s the new GM in doesn’t have my information in would give me $20 off my pizza! I was livid because as the New GM you should have took care of the customer. I DO NOT WANT $20 CREDIT I WANT MY PIZZA YOU MESSED UP ON!! What a lack of customer service. What a great first impression Ms New GM manager but didn’t give me your name. Congratulations.
