Ordered a stuffed crust pizza… not only in the stuffed crust taste straight out the freezer with no garlic or anything in it, there was a fat piece of paper in the crust part lol. I don’t get it. The wings are good though

Ordered 2 large pizza’s, one was pepperoni & Sausage and one was simply Extra cheese. I have two small kids that only eat cheese pizza. Well we had a snow storm that day but I still managed to pick up my pizza. Being guarantied that my pizza was correct I left for home. I get home with 2 large pepperoni & Sausage pizza’s. I called in made them aware of the error. The Lady on the phone was really nice she apologized then took my name & Number down in told me they would credit my pizza. Well I call today about that pizza in Some other lady gets on the phone saying she’s the new GM in doesn’t have my information in would give me $20 off my pizza! I was livid because as the New GM you should have took care of the customer. I DO NOT WANT $20 CREDIT I WANT MY PIZZA YOU MESSED UP ON!! What a lack of customer service. What a great first impression Ms New GM manager but didn’t give me your name. Congratulations.

The two ladies that work the lunch buffet are fantastic. Very efficient and friendly. For as packed as it gets they keep their cool, stay friendly and keep the place clean.

Customer service is non-existent. I have dined in several evenings over the past few months. When I walk in the door, they tell me to seat myself and then they will be with me. The sign says they will seat me. I placed my order. The server, who I always get everytime I go there, brought out my food, which included cold pasta sauce for my breadsticks. I never saw my server again. So I sat there, after eating only half of my meal, with an empty drink glass. He never checked on me. I went to the register to pay my bill, which I never received a bill for. There was no one in sight. I waited about 3 minutes and finally said "Hello?" He came to the register and called me impatient. I told him he never checked on me and he basically said that since I only had breadsticks and a drink, there was no reason to check on me. #1 he served me cold pasta sauce, #2 I needed a refill and never got it.
The dining room was filthy. Most of the tables were dirty and had lots of leftover food and dishes on them.
I can't believe this place is still in business. I'm very disappointed everytime I go. Therefore, today will be the last time. If you continue to do business this way, you are going to lose all your remaining customers and have to close the business.

Hi, I go to their weekly lunch buffet. Monday Thru Friday 11:00 to 1:30. Who doesn't love Pizza Hut especially a buffet for $10.99 before drink & taxes. I believe they're doing a test run on Thursday evening Buffet. I can't remember the exact hours and i believe it's still $10.99 before drinking & taxes. You might want to call first to confirm hours and price. Jody the manager and her other manager is friendly, a good listener, accommodating and keeps the buffet and restaurant running in tip top shape....

Tonight the family came into this Pizza Hut. Service was good a little slow, but I imagine they had a lot of online orders to fill. Our waitress was nice and made sure our drink were refilled in a timely manner and we were happy with our food. The store was very clean as well which is always a plus. The wings were crispy to my boyfriend's liking and the Alfredo pasta was delicious as well. Thanks for the great service.
