Based on previous reviews, I had fairly low expectations. I clicked "curbside" and watched the countdown clock get to "your order is ready." I waited at least 5-10 more minutes, expecting someone to bring out my order. I finally went inside. There was one dude in the back, making pizzas. He said "I'll be with you in 'several moments,'" which I thought sounded odd. Nevertheless, he came up and asked me how he could help. I told him my name and he grabbed my pizza out of the warmer. It was sealed, Covid-style, with some stickers. I wanted to have a look, because when I worked at Pizza Hut in the mid-90s, we always opened up the box to show the customer what they were getting. I had ordered "pepperoni on top, please." Otherwise it's laid right on the sauce. Not only had this guy gotten my order correct, he made a damned-fine looking pizza. The inside is kinda drab. Just a counter and then the prep area. Overall, it was a delicious, just-ad-I-remembered-it kind of Pizza Hut experience. Keep up the good work!

Shame on you - Pizza Hut. Your large pizza's are $12 right now - but you do not offer the sale price to patrons. There are zero signs up at the location in Broad Ripple. While I was there two other patrons spent twice what they should have. SHAME ON YOU! Also our pizza did not have the 4 veg's I added and neither pizza was cut thru any of the crust!!!!!

Worst pizza place ever !!! The fact it took over a hour to have my pizza ready and the pizza was cold the dough was terrible I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE AGAIN !!P.S. you guys need a better dedicated staff this is unacceptable!!!!And another thing the breadsticks was hard as a rock !!!!!!

Pizza is often burnt or dry. They don't honor the deals that are online on their website. Then they try to upsale a similar deal with way more food and say it is available instead. Of course, for a higher price. The staff is usually pleasant but the food is not.

Pizza not prepared as ordered and not ready as promised. Staff were inattentive and other customers were waiting for their orders that were not ready as promised also and received incorrect orders. Chicken wings were dry and tasted old. Worse experience EVER!!
