I ordered my pizza for delivery and when I got my pizza. I opened the box and one of the pieces was stuck to the top of the box. The rest of the pizza was scattered all over it, like it had been thrown in a car overpriced, not worth it.

Awful order & service. I ordered pizza for my children, the order did not come as ordered and didn't look fresh at all. The breadstucks sent were also sent in a bag. I called and asked for a refund, they said they couldn't at this time and placed me on hold. The first hold was for 10 minutes, the second hold 15 min. A woman said she was a training manager and that I could only get a credit. She put me on hold a third time. I called back and spoke with a person who said they were manager and he said no refunds at this time and asked if i could bring pizza back. I told him I ordered delivery because I don't live in Indiana and had it delivered to hotel. He told me they could only give a credit to their location dor 50% off. I explained it had been hours and my kids had not eaten. I also explained that I wouldn't be ordering from there since the food came bad and the customer service awful. He then put me on hold again for 20 min. I called back multiple times and they ignored each call. I called again multiple times to no avail.

My Pizza and boneless wings were hot, taste great, on time and at a good price.
Usually love this location, however my most recent order. The pizza I received was RAW. I took a bite and started to feel sick after swallowing, I assumed the softness was due to it being really fresh, but I pulled back the cheese and the dough was raw. Even after letting it sit and cool, it was still very apparent that I was served an underbaked pizza that made me sick.

I ordered the triple treat box last night. It was the only pizza hut open close to me. My husband got there, and went to pay. The woman at the front desk LIED and said there was no pizza on the order. None. There were 2. My husband asked her to make the pizzas, and she refused. They had the breadtsicks of course, right? And the cheese? But not the pizzas? Yea. Terrible experience, I want something done to make up for this and maybe I'll change my review. That was infuriating to be lied to because of a lazy worker. And I dont usually say this, but i hope she gets fired for her attitude and dishonesty. Unacceptable behavior.

Did not receive our entire order! There was more crust than pizza! The store refused to give us a store credit!
I ordered pizza from you guys yesterday didn't get my right order you guys left me on hold for an hour and 30 minutes and my whole family woke up with diarrhea. I am calling the better Business bureau and I'm starting to investigation on that store which is going to make it global because something was in my pizza my 9-month-old babies even had diarrhea so I am saving some of the pizza so they can test the pizza cuz they got me really toasted over there and I want my money back
