Placed an order last night (8:30-9pm) for a large pepperoni pizza and a brownie box. pepperoni was burnt and tasted terrible. we tried to call, got no answer 3 times so we left a voicemail. no response at all. waste of money and terrible service.

Worst pizza hut I've been too in a while. Pulled up up to find out still can't go inside to pick up pizza so I tried to go to drive thru and wait 20 minutes behind an Uber eats driver that they refused to pull up to serve other customers. So then go to the front where the employee is standing out front talking on his cell phone not paying any attention to the point I startled him walking up to ask if my pizza was ready. Of course it was all while uberneats driver is still parked at the pickup window blocking it. I get Home and the pizza is cold and not cut, undercooked overall horrible. Will never be going back.

We ordered food last Friday. The wait for a dinner box was 1 hr and 45 min. We were fine with waiting that amount of time. This location doesn't have delivery drivers so they outsource it to Doordash. I was tracking the Doordash employee and saw them arrive to the Pizza Hut. Every time it would say our order was about to be delivered the time would go up 10 more minutes. This happened multiple times. Eventually I saw that the Door Dash employee was across town and we still didn't receive out food. A few hours after we placed the order it was canceled, not by us. We tried calling the location 10 + times and the phone was never answered. The food never showed up and we were still charged $50. I tried contacting support. They send you to a website and have you fill out 15 minutes of information and pictures for it to not submit because it clears the Pizza Hut location ever time you try. This location has had issues for years. I think this was our last attempt with them. How do I get in contact with someone?!
I will add that when we do receive our food it is cooked well and taste as you would expect but over the years there have been more issues than not.

I ordered online and declined to use the pick up window. Only to arrive and be forced to wait in the drive for 20 minutes because apparently the first cars order wasn't ready!!! Never will I order from this location again!!!
These people couldn’t seem to read our address right and delivered our pizza, wings and breadsticks to a Mexican restaurant instead ? we called to up there to figure out how to make it right and basically was told nothing could be done but to call customer service. Customer service was absolutely no help, after disconnects with not only them, but the store too, and hold times that never got picked back up. It’s ridiculous. My husband even went to the Mexican restaurant and was told they had nothing The least they could’ve done was refund us but instead chose not to deal with us at all. 0/10

FYI It's drive thru only, you can't enter. Last time my pizza was a bit undercooked and the time before that they didn't give the delivery guy my breadsticks. The 2 times before that were great, however, so it may depend on how busy it is or who's prepping the order. I'm just making y'all aware. I will update my review next time I order. I still gave y'all 4⭐️
I ordered food from here and never received from my order. I never got a refunded or my order remade since it was never delivered to me. I spent $45 dollars in food and never received it. They claimed that they have no delivery drivers due to no drivers employed through them. They contract out to DoorDash. I contacted door dash and they said that there is no order with my phone number and my email. I would really appreciate a refund for my order. I contacted the corporate number to file a complaint and to get a refund.
