I am extremely disappointed with my order. I paid about $70 for 2 orders of 18-piece traditional chicken wings, 1 large stuffed crust super supreme pizza, 2 ranch sauces. What I received was only my chicken wings, the ranch, and one burnt, rock-hard medium pizza that my household couldn’t even eat — we had to throw it in the trash.
On top of that, the large stuffed crust pizza I paid for never even arrived. I basically ended up with $17 worth of inedible pizza and missing items from my order. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times to resolve this, but no one is answering the phone.
This is completely unacceptable service and a waste of money. I hope management addresses this immediately because this kind of experience is not okay for loyal paying customers.

Never got our food despite having paid online. They modified the order but that removed the discount on the order that had already been paid for online making the food 4 times the price. Regarding the discrepancy, There was zero customer service. There was hostility and aggression from the start of the interaction. We left, got service at a different location and paid a second time. Took it up with corporate who is yet to even return our calls or money.

This place does not allow for you to come in and get food, so if you don't have a car you are not welcome there because they force you to go through drive-thru. Staff is not friendly at all.

The pizza looks like they put 2 halves together. Its soggy and undercooked with almost no pepperoni. The breadsticks taste like rock hard cardboard that they pulled out of the dumpster from a week ago. I wa t my money back!!!

Placed an order last night (8:30-9pm) for a large pepperoni pizza and a brownie box. pepperoni was burnt and tasted terrible. we tried to call, got no answer 3 times so we left a voicemail. no response at all. waste of money and terrible service.

Worst pizza hut I've been too in a while. Pulled up up to find out still can't go inside to pick up pizza so I tried to go to drive thru and wait 20 minutes behind an Uber eats driver that they refused to pull up to serve other customers. So then go to the front where the employee is standing out front talking on his cell phone not paying any attention to the point I startled him walking up to ask if my pizza was ready. Of course it was all while uberneats driver is still parked at the pickup window blocking it. I get Home and the pizza is cold and not cut, undercooked overall horrible. Will never be going back.
