I ordered on their website for pick up and ate inside the restaraunt. I had the large 5 piece mild tender meal, comes with two sides and a large drink, around $17. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Everything was perfect, Well done!

Mostly everybody on 16th and Sharon is rude accept for keyona the Manager / shift lead employees nose always turned up food is always cold the employees needs to were uniform pants and not leggings jog pants or skinny jeans they just don't look clean the play on these headsets and talk about everything but Popeyes never no hairnets outside beanies I know everyone needs a job but make it look professional y'all making r food I want b back and I was there weekly glad I never got 😷 🤢 sick

I came to pick up my mobile order, they kept me waiting outside for more than 40min at freezing night. The customers came behind me had their food ready, but they kept me waiting outside for 40min. I went to the windows several times, they kept telling me waiting for another several minutes but finally I waited 40min. That’s ridiculous. Never ever ever ever go to that store again!

This place has bad employees they are too rude and don't help you at all apart I just wanted to eat there but their attitude and rudeness leave a lot of the bad idea of eating there because of the lack of respect and rudeness of the employees

I have waited over an hour for the staff to make my food. They are being lazy, not completing orders and not working and doing their job. The food order was for a corporate event and the Staff do not want to do their job. They all need to be fired,

I don't usually go to Popeyes. Today I did and I regret it. The chicken is literally so small. It took two bites. Then it was gone. The thigh is the same. There chicken Is for kids. This meal cost almost 12 bucks. For an adult that ashame. I won't go back here ever again. The pieces at churches and KFC. Aren't this small know I was upset. When I got home to see. I got toddler size chicken.

Came in with my daughter in law and grands service was fast and friendly .I've always loved this location because the workers here are always pleasant and get you in and out

Was made to wait about 30 min to get a festive family box both times I went here. Good was mediocre. Service was not friendly and borderline rude. Will not repeat.
