I gave them 5 stars for everything. Their service is a little slow at times but they could have new people. They also need to ensure they put the right chicken in the order. They have a tendency to forget if you ordered white meat only.

Ordered thru the app for pick up. Placed the order at 645. Selected pick up time for 7:05. Order wasn't done till 7:40 is beyond ridiculous. No compensation, no free drink or fry or extra side for the ridiculous a** wait. Jus shut the place down if it can't be ran right 👎👎🗑️

I have been to this location twice and both have been lackluster. Tonight I went through the drive thru and ordered a Chicken Sandwich and Regular Fries. After paying I was asked to pull forward because they needed to make some fries. I complied. While waiting two other cars came and went. It took 15 minutes to get my order. When it arrived the fries were lukewarm at best.

We were out of town and needed a quick bite to eat. We have a Popeyes locally, but rarely get to go. The staff was nice enough, but no one wanted to be there. The tables were dirty. The drink machine had maybe 10% of the options available..... And all the normal stuff was out. When we got our food the fries were cold, my daughters tenders were actually ribbons of something that looked similar to chicken, and her Mac and cheese was not very good. I get it when it's a crazy night, or maybe staff called in. There were at least 6 employees I saw and this was a normal Monday night at like 8pm with 1 car in drive thru and we were the only family inside. Really disappointing for $45 to eat. The only positive is the 2 adult sandwiches were good.

I absolutely LOVE Mac n cheese and couldn’t wait to eat it yesterday. My mouth was watering! I saved it for the very last thing to eat. Opened it and noticed hair embedded all in it smh. Went straight back to the store. In very little words, I simply told them I want my money back. I was so disappointed. The manager comes out of nowhere with an attitude like it was my fault there was hair in my food! She tells me she shouldn’t refund my whole meal because I ate it. Ma’am had I known one of your employees would have their hair in my food I wouldn’t have eaten any of it! But I kept my cool, being the bigger person. Did she apologize? Of course not. She acted like I did something to her! I got my money back. Stay away from this place. They don’t wear hair nets (I asked) and management is rude.

The young woman in the drive thru is very sweet, & make sure we have everything! along with the beautiful GM she had the best attitude & the person in the lobby made sure the lobby was clean and was sure to get all the orders out in a timely manner the chicken was crispy to a tea I think the cook deserves a raise also and the sandwiches that I had was delicious the whole first shift deserves a raise💯💯

Absolutely stay away from this place. I placed a mobile order 5 minutes before i arrived at the restaurant. Got there and they didn't have one of my items, and told me to wait in front of the building for my order. I waited 20 MINUTES of my 30 minute lunch to get my food, and they never came out. When i went inside, my order was on the counter just sitting there, while other customers showed up after me and left before me. Horrible service every time at this location. 0 stars if i could.

Terrible drive thru service. If you need the customer to pull up to keep your window time down, be polite! And provide proper parking for other cars to get around. I will not come back. Many other food options.

This restaurant has messed up my order (missing items) 3 of the last 5 times.

even when the receipt is on the bag and you can clearly see what is supposed to be in it... there's still one or two items missing.
