Chicken was dripping in grease! Didn’t matter whether it was chicken thigh and leg dinner, or chicken strips! BOTH were dripping in oil/ grease! Fries were soggy and cold! NAUSEOUS! Not edible!

Lady working there was mean to me in the drive thru because I asked a question.

I parked my car in the lot because this time I wanted FRESH food. Every single time I go to this location, the food is never fresh. I waited 10-15 mins for “fresh” food. While I was waiting, a lady brought her chicken back up and said this is still raw. I almost got sick when I saw it. I hoped this wouldn’t happen to my food. Only one of my chicken sandwiches were cooked fresh. There was so much food in the “hot lamp” area. The amount of food they have just waiting like the sides was pure disgusting. Is it so hard to make peoples food when they order it? Instead, they have it already prepared. The sandwiches were SOAKED in grease and an extremely LARGE amount of mayonnaise was soaked into the bun and the chicken. There was so much mayo on the sandwich that it was falling off the sandwich and got all over me. The biscuits were COLD and rock hard. I decided to order 3 breasts for $5 hoping the chicken would be better. They were soaked in grease. It was pure disgusting. I woke up at 3 am and spent over an hour in the bathroom. It was so painful. I will never ever in my life go back to this location. I thought I had food poisoning, it was so bad. It was most likely all the disgusting grease that they do not soak up when it’s done. I ordered around around 2:27 pm to 2:30 pm yesterday. I spent about $20 the first time about $10 the second time. The sweet tea that I yearned for was not even that sweet. I am from New Orleans. There’s a Popeyes everywhere you look. I have never had such a bad experience as I had here. It was pure horror. I was so mad on the way home thinking of everywhere else that I could’ve gotten my food. I lost out on $30 and suffered from a severe stomach ache with horrible trips to the bathroom. My stomach is still hurting even thinking about this nasty place and how disgusting they are. The girl at the front desk with the red hair was nice and she told them I wanted my food fresh but it was still not fresh. One of the worst experiences of my life.

All the people are nice just fine but the rice is really hard every time. I think they could use retraining on how to make the rice properly. I got some last night and it wasn't proper and so I said let me come today to see if the daytime people know how to cook it better because I like Popeyes Red beans and rice but this is horrible!!!

I came through the drive through and the service worker was extremely rude. Her tone was awful and when she asked what we wanted we told her “The Sandwich” then she simply said “SIDE.” We hadn’t heard her so we asked if she had root beer, she just repeated “SIDE” we told her French fries and she then said “DRINK.” And once we were done ordering “pull up to the window” no hello, a rude tone, no please or thank you’s. I have been working in customer service for 7 years. There is no reason to have such an attitude when it wasn’t even busy.
Also gave us sweet tea instead of unsweet.
Food was good tho

She was wearing an orange sweater and this order was taken at 5:14pm on 2/17/25. There were only 4 cars in the line so it was not busy.

Staff was rude and seemed under the influence. Waited for my order and was spoken to rudely after multiple customers after me were served. I spoke out after 15min about the service and I asked if they should serve people as they come in. I don't recommend this location as the staff is not friendly. Management needs to make better choices in their personnel picks and work towards a better customer service.

I didnt receive my biscuit. Even after waiting almost 20 minutes for my order to come pick up. I love the biscuits ad they forgot it

The service has always been friendly. The food is usually hot and fresh. And I'm always in and out of there really fast. I love that chicken from Popeyes.
