Ordered on doordash almost an hour ago and last minute it was cancelled with no explanation of why. They still took money from me and no one in the shop will answer their phones. They are also mysteriously no longer on doordash to even contact.... sketchy. Bad customer service.

Update: The Italian brisket is so good I can forgive them for the chicken. :)Mixed results so far. First time I got the brisket and there was a decent amount of meat on the sandwich. Second time I got the chicken and the sandwich had maybe 1/4-1/2 the meat as the brisket sandwich. Disappointing. The quality of both sandwiches was good. The brisket seemed better but perhaps I'm biased since I just had the chicken sandwich and I'm still hungry.

Great restaurant addition to the Salesforce Tower. Always friendly staff, good size portions, and decently priced. Currently eating low-carb so haven't had a chance to try their sandwiches yet but I do enjoy their salads and the protein options are always delicious and served hot.

Porticello's opened up there shop today inside salesforce tower. It's a small dine innolace with sufficient seating inside. It was my first visit to Porticellos and I loved it. Staff is very friendly and they recommended me Beef Brisket which they mentioned that sells out quickly.i ordered it and loved it it was amazing. Must try if you have not tried it before. They have pretty decent menu and I am going to try everything I the menu eventually. There business hours are from 11 to 2 PM which is nice as they are located inside the salesforce tower so I think they are kind of marketing it for people working inside the salesforce tower but I will recommend it to everyone who are around the downtown to try this place. One more option added to Indy's downtown dinning places. Parking is an issue in downtown like all other downtown's so plan your trip accordingly as if you dont work in downtown than you have to pay and park it either on street or in a garage.

Had the southwest salad with chicken - can’t say enough about the chicken! It’s perfectly flavored and not dry at all. Lots of salad varieties to choose from and the staff was fantastic. Definitely will be back to try all the different options.
