I ordered just a Chicago style hot dog and a small sprite @ 1:40pm sat and still sitting in line @ 1:55 pm . Shame on myself for waiting. I get my chicago style hot dog. @1:59 Where is the Chicago in this? Extra mustard. So ticked

After I had to wait for 45 minutes, they were all cold. I won't come here again.

If you want Portillos go to Illinois. This location is a poor excuse for Portillos. The quality of the food and service is poor. On this occasion there was cheese sauce all over everything in the bag and my fries were so old I had to trash them. Clearly there is poor management and no standards on quality control. Can't even read the receipt to submit the survey because the ink was running low.

Wouldn't give a 1 star but had to to write this review. My daughter and I visited this location on the 19th only to get the worst service the one manager touched my food without gloves so I said something to another manager our food was tossed in the trash like it was nothing Made us fresh food only to get raw was treated poorly. So i called corporate and was given a case number and said they would call me back, never heard from them again this is how portillo's treat customer's this place was very rude to us took my money to give me raw food becareful of this place. All they had to was watch the camera to see the service we got.. So it's ok to put there hands on your food and then get mad because you say something and you get RAW FOOD BACK.

A bit overpriced in my opinion. The food is tasty and fresh. The air condition was cranking so we didn't stay too long after we finished our meals.

My wife placed an order through Door Dash and when it showed up, she was missing her burger. I called the store to get this solved and the gentleman I spoke with said that he " re-fired " the burger and would send it out. Still haven't seen the burger show up and they close in 19 minutes. It's been almost 2 hours now. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!

O had the salad, it was excellent! I highly recommend! The food is overpriced in my opinion. Overall a good experience

Just left. Ordered to go. I live right up the road. My fries are old. Sandwich was dry and was supposed to be dipped. Shake awful. If I wasn't on a lunch break I would go back and request a refund.

Female manager that was working today around 130 had AWFUL customer service etiquette. I had a small hair in my strawberry shortcake so I polity went up and asked for a different one I didn't eat any of it. She stands there 2 feet away and days "what hair i don't see it" while I reply with saying I can't show you when your that far away with it so she continues to stir it up and walk away without allowing me to simply show her the hair. I dint understand why I was treated like this it's not like I ate most of it then complained. I just wanted my item replaced not to be made out like I'm a liar infront of everyone.

The person who took my order at the drive thru was impatient, rude, and condescending because we had a difficult time hearing him when placing our order, the fries were cold and not fresh, I didn't feel comfortable eating my food because of his nasty attitude!

Nothing really wrong with the place...it's just "OK"...nothing more. Mediocre food, slow service.
At 1 PM the place was 98% empty, which says a lot!
