They messed up our order. Then called out the wrong number for our food. But in the end food was great like always and took left overs home for lunch the next day

I really enjoy this place. Tonight was a little different then in the past. The crew moved like they were geriatric patients. I hardly saw any communication between any of them. I got one half of my order and was about to leave. Looked and a whole order wasn't there. I informed the very nice gentleman and he went and made and brought it to me.
At least 10 Uber bags were sitting within view for over 20 mins. Same with at least 5 drinks on the counter. My side was under the heat lamp for 15+ mins. They weren't terrible but the drive home with them would've been terrible. My sandwich was OK too. Huge sandwiches!!
I will be coming back. The food was good.
I hope the crew can learn to work together better.

Much more italian beef and double order of peppers than we get on Halsted in Chicago. Locals, you are lucky, this is one of the chains finest

Aiyana is freaking phenomenal at customer service. I was a first timer with a bunch of questions and she made me feel like I wasn’t bothering her. Really excited about this place! And yes, the food is great

Great Italian beef and Polish sausage and Chicago style hot dogs, had to go buy another polish but hit the spot so much .

I wasn’t aware this location existed. When I seen it I had to stop and try it out. Just like the other locations in Indy it’s fantastic. The food was a quick serve. Everything tasted fresh. Everything is served hot. This is a nice clean restaurant. I love Portillo’s and will always stop by one for lunch or dinner if I’m near one.
