Potbelly on monument circle is excellent for sandwiches. I have been there several times and the soup and sandwiches are fresh, well prepared and tasteful. The chicken club along with broccoli cheddar soup was very good. Service with a smile is the norm. The atmosphere inside is okay due to the place looking a bit worn but it is clean.

NEVER AGAIN. Ordered via Uber Eats app. Their printer was down and they were a mess when I arrived to pickup 20 minutes later. Waited another 20 minutes at the store. They had not started the order. Couldn't speak to the staff about my order until the lunch crowd thinned out; it was chaos in the store with professionals picking up their orders competing with Uber, Door Dash, etc. delivery drivers for pickup. NOTE: priority goes to the delivery app drivers and not the professionals picking their order up from the nearby offices.
I ultimately just left and accepted that I was charged for my entire order by Uber Eats. Went to a nearby restaurant and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Lessoned learned.

The sandwiches often seem thrown together with little care, resulting in a messy and unappetizing presentation.
Service is painfully slow, even during off-peak hours, which is frustrating when you’re looking for a quick meal. Additionally, there are no clear instructions on how to pick up an online order, causing unnecessary confusion and delays.
I have given this location numerous chances, hoping for improvement, but I am consistently disappointed. Unfortunately, this is just a bad location. I won't be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to others.

It’s a Friday… which is fair … but when you call in a chicken parm and you get there, there no line four employees working…. I just don’t think it should have taken 15 minutes! If the order had not been started tell me, the cashier began an entire new conversation without closing ours and when the other customers acknowledged me standing there she flicked her wrist as if I want important lol I try not to be picky and appreciative but not only were they slow and had no sense of urgency… being disrespected with tha hand flick pushed it over to a poor review…

There is nothing I like more than a discrete restaurant with an out loud atmosphere with great taste. It amps up my curiosity; therefore, no bigger expectations. Potbelly fits the bill and what I just described. The sandwich was fantastic. I would be paying them a visit every day if I lived there. We need Potbelly in Georgia, USA. Make it happen people!

Was confusing at first, and the girl wasn't at the counter at first to take our orders. The girl at the cash register was great. My sandwich was the steakhouse beef that needed a little more meat and a little less blue chesse. Wifey had Blt was good. The daughter had grilled chicken and cheese it was good. Floors are dirty and need to be washed. A/C could be a little cooler. Bathrooms a little dirty.

I placed the order online and went and picked it up. I walked into a restaurant with a lot of drama with an employee: very angry about working. The employee behind the counter worker tried to find my online order. The confusion was trying to deal with the angry employee who kept saying he's not coming on Sunday he was cussing and threatening, very hostile environment. The broccoli cheddar soup hot, fresh tasting and satisfying. The Italian skinny and the ham skinny made per our order were toasted accurately. The food was great I will try a different pot belly when I'm back in my own city.
Parking: Parking is difficult for this location. It is in the center of the city what they call the circle wheel, many people walking.

I ate at Potbelly today at 5 p.m., and the small staff had their hands full as the guests were entering rapidly. I must say the young lady in a red shirt with long braids handled the busy rush of customers with exquisite care. Her service was top notch as a former professional food service employee, I would be a proud employer with confidence that she can lead verbally and by example. Phenomenal job! I was extremely thankful for her especially since Potbelly was not my first choice. If she’s not compensated competitively, I will return shortly to ensure she has a better opportunity.

After paying $25 for two sandwiches, as meal deals, I was informed that customers could not use the bathrooms because they were closed to all the public. I was offended that the employees would recommend other hotels and restaurants to use the restroom, and I am confident that a simple email to those establishments would stop Potbelly from sending customers to those locations.The fact that one could spend almost $30 dollars in Potbelly and not be allowed to wash their hands in the bathrooms is absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer consider Potbelly as a dining option, and I will do my best to encourage my colleagues and friends to go somewhere else as well.
