“I get the vibe the 1 star reviewers are people who just hate airports, or expect the Pretzel stand employees to have 10 minute conversations with them while they hold up the line.

Our food was hot, tasty, and quick. The service was fine, the staff member working was cordial, and everything was clean. I don't know how you can expect more than that.

My wife says Ben's pretzels are the best soft pretzels anywhere; I have yet to find information to refute that claim.“

“The lady who took my daughter's order was so awesome! I let her know I appreciated her. She asked my daughter if she wanted a bag for her mini cinnamon pretzels, pointed her to the napkins, and told her to take her time putting her money away. My daughter said the minis were good and came right out of the oven.“

“My daughter and grandson took me to the Greenwood Park Mall. After our mall shopping we stopped at Wetzels on the way out of the mall. We bought some mini pretzel bitz, pizza bitz, and a big salty pretzel. I ate the big pretzel dipping it in cheese sauce and it was fresh and soft like I prefer. She had the pizza bits topped with pepperoni and dipped them in the pizza sauce. I tried one and it was very good. My grandson had the plain pretzel bitz. It’s one of their go to lunch snacks that a 4 year old loves. It’s located at one side of the mall and Auntie Ann’s pretzels is located at the other side of the mall. Great experience friendly service.“
