Lovely coffee shop that serves delicious drinks and food! Vibes are impeccable: neon lights, 1970s aesthetic gold, dark wood but also natural lighting. You need to check it out!
Servers were really chill and friendly.
Also, if you dine in, the place has you put away your own plates and trash. The return is located near by the register.
There is also an event space upstairs that is accessible by elevator or stairs.

Provider is a frustrating place to visit. Great coffee, great atmosphere, but weirdly unfriendly in certain ways– like if you're gluten-free, don't bother. There's a full food menu and a case stuffed with baked goods, but none of it is for you, and it's been that way for years despite requests. We have so many great local low-allergen bakers who would be happy to provide this (upscale) establishment with food the rest of us could eat. They're certainly willing to fork out for other high-end items like hibiscus powder and fresh citrus peel. I want to love this place and spend my money here, but instead I always leave with a bad taste in my mouth.

I genuinely believe that this is the BEST coffee shop in Indiana. Every drink on their menu is delicious, and you wont find boring flavors like vanilla or caramel. They offer something unique, a memorable experience every time you visit. The ginger latte is absolutely phenomenal.
The staff is friendly and they get your drinks out quick, even when its busy. If I lived in Indy, I would be here every single day.

Relaxing space for an amazing signature latte, cup of coffee, or tea. The barista never stopped moving while making everyone's drinks! Love the staff energy! I'm excited to come back to try the food options.

Driving cross country and found this place when we got off the highway for a kid’s trip to stretch the legs at the park. Awesome discovery, great drink selection, tasty baked goods. This is the kind of place we love to find amid the gas station coffee stops and endless highway.

Provider Cafe has fabulous vibes. The shop is comfortable and full of joy. The syrups are made in house and you can tell. The lattes were incredible. My mom and I enjoyed the Banana Demerara Latte and the Peanut Butter Latte. We also had a double chocolate muffin and an almond croissant. The double chocolate muffin was moist and perfectly chocolaty! The almond croissant was one of the best pastries I’ve had in a long time. Anyone who loves coffee and treats needs to check this place out!
I personally love the ambiguity of the name “Provider”. It’s providing a cute atmosphere. It’s providing wonderful baristas. It’s also providing the worst cup of coffee I have had to this day. I’ve worked at 3 coffee establishments, tried a higher number of coffee varietals than one could count, and have even made and served my fair share of bad coffee. Taking a sip of the drip is like chewing a puck of cafe bustello and lemon rind. If I put the drip coffee into a spray bottle, it could do well as a disinfectant. It would probably strip the top layer of any surface away if you let it be for long enough. If this drip coffee had a weapon, it would be called the Tannin 3000. The only way I can rationalize ingesting this coffee is thinking of it as my cosmic karma. It was the universe’s way of getting back at me for every time I served somebody a real bad cup of joe. Maybe, it was my turn.
The baristas were fantastic. The service was fantastic. The coffee was not fantastic.
Some of the best and most creative lattes in town and really good food to go with it.
