I was very disappointed in my meal this time. I have eaten here 3 or 4 times and it was always the best. This time I ordered the scallops and I asked for no duck no pickled raisins. It came with both. I sent it back and it took forever and then the scallops were over cooked and terrible. what a shame. I would think when a dish is done wrong by the kitchen they would immediately replace it as fast as the could. I waited a long time and then the scallops were only 3 and they were hard and rubbery.

Food was wonderful, but not outstanding. Service was adequate, but not overwhelming. Simply feels like similar dollar experiences at other restaurants are noticeably different from the experience here the experience here falling a little short of the norm at the price range. 
We went there for our anniversary and the food was excellent! She got the sea bass and I got a filet and everything was cooked & prepared to perfection.
The service from our waiter and the rest of the employees was excellent as well.

Provision's is an awesome place close to Keystone! We enjoyed the crab toast, beet salad, the special board with a filet, lamb & short rib with sweet potato whip, asparagus. It was amazing. The oatmeal caramel dessert to end was delicious! A great meal for my husband's birthday celebration! Thank you.

From start to finish, Provision at Ironworks is an absolute gem. The ambiance is elegant yet warm, with impeccable service that balances attentiveness without being overbearing. The service of Josephine and her team was impeccable! Made for a tremendous family fall break dinner.
We made a reservation online for the evening on a Tuesday. One of the options was for outdoor seating. We chose that option. However when we got there, they told us outdoor seating is first come first serve. So they should say that on the website amd not allow that option on Opentable This was the only weird thing we encountered, outside only being quite pricey. We knew that going in though!! We also did get an outdoor table, so it worked out. Additionally, ai had a yummy cocktail at the bar before dinner. When we were seated, the waitress was very good. And the food was delectable. We shared a filet which was probably the best Ive ever had. And we shared the snapper amd it was incredible too!! The sauces, the pureed potatoes (or was it cauliflower!) We're very good and went perfectly with the entree. We chose a French bottle of wine. While it wasn't the best bottle we have ever had, at $93, we thought it was pretty good. Maybe if it had been decanter, it would have been better. We really loved our time at the restaurant and it was a gorgeous evening to sit outside. The bartender and waitstaff were wonderful and the food, again, so very good. Excellent, actually. We have already recmended it and the hotel to others.
We love Sarah. She is the best and always the best experience when she is present behind the bar.
Too much dressing on beet salad. Scallop dish was was ok but definitely not exceptional. Service and waiter was good

While the food was good, it wasn't excellent as I had remembered on previous visits. Our server was not around very often. We also never received one of the dishes we ordered and by the time I could tell her, we were almost finished. I had expressed on the reservation that we were celebrating two birthdays which were never acknowledged.
The food was beautiful and delicious. We were seated at a high top near the open kitchen. Obviously there was some noise from the kitchen, but we were still able to have a normal conversation without having to raise our voice. Plus we were able to watch the beautiful plated food leave the kitchen. I ordered my steak (8oz ribeye spinalis) medium rare and it came out closer to rare which I don't really mind. The steak was tender and well flavored. My wife got the snapper and loved it. I would recommend this place and would eat there again.
very disappointing; our server was underwhelming at best. yet i tipped him graciously. not anything great vegetarian ish. bottom line a huge tab downey less. .
We visited the restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday, the service was excellent. Our waiter was very helpful with recommendations, he did a great job taking care of us. The food was delicious, the Birthday dessert was amazing!! We would definitely visit again. Thank you for making my husband's birthday celebration special.
