Excellent wait staff (Lori). The chef at the restaurant has impeccable knowledge of how food spice and type of foods go together. We chose the chef 5-course meal with wine pairing. This was our first time there, and we were very surprised of quality and taste.
After at least seven visits to Provision, I have yet to be disappointed. Last night was no exception. Our server was exceptional -- warm, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Every bite and every sip was a delight. Couldn't ask for a better dining experience anywhere! AAAAA+++++
Food was excellent and very tasty especially the Crab and Corn Chowder, the Burrata and the RibEye Spinalis. I generally order filets for their tenderness but Lori's description of the RibEye Spinalis convinced me to give it a try and I'm glad I did.
