Awful customer service during this catering experience. Which is unfortunate because we had been using them frequently and have developed a relationship with the owner. The Mac and cheese bar was not delivered and we ran out of food for this event. When the catering was contacted, he said he dropped the Mac and cheese on the way in but the receptionist told him it was okay that it not be replaced. When I called to give them the chance fix the situation, they stated they could not redeliver the forgotten item. Come to find out, the receptionist stated that they never mentioned dropping anything when they came in. Sounds like they forgot to bring the item and them when asked about it, lied about the situation. To top it off, not bringing back a replacement item to fix the situation? Unacceptable. This will be the last time I use PROX and I don’t recommend using them.

Love this place , but I only gave 3 stars because every time I come on my lunch break nobody is there ! I wait for more than 30 mins and still no one shows ! Idk what’s going on but if u need new employees put a “now hiring “ sign up plzzzzzzzzz..

Visited them at the AMP Food Hall. The server is what drew me in as she was very friendly while telling me about their food. I got a salad and it was delicious as well as their side of popcorn!
