What happened to this location? It used to be solid and now is awful. Last time had a completely empty calzone, this time thought I'd go with my standard marsala. Watery, no mushrooms in the "sauce" and the chicken was a salty uck. Last try, something is wrong here now

Service was great and our food was good. My husband said his calzone wasn't as good as it normally is and they left out one of the ingredients he asked for. My Chicken Marsala was excellent and my son loved his spaghetti and meatballs.

I would not recommend ordering from this store for delivery. We have ordered multiple times and have not received our full order on numerous occasions. When I called to inquire about the order they will not refund the items that I didn't receive nor will they deliver them. Today they told me I could mention my name the next time I come in and they will give me the items for free. If they have a book for this reason, it is obviously a problem that happens frequently. Food is good and my family loves the variety but if you want a dependable delivery, you might want to try somewhere else.

no idea what happened to this place, every one must be out back hitting their vape. placed a delivery order at 6pm for my daughter and i, im a single dad. its 907. been told for past 2 hours “its on the way.”. now it’s 907 and they are closed and i have no food and a hungry 6 year old girl. thank you so much puccinis, just a wonderful experience!

Food is great! Service is horrible. Lost my order, half of the employees dont care, the ones that do are frantically running around trying to make things work. Horribly managed and or employees who do not care. Would never come here again.

Placed an order for 5 adults. Was told 15 min to pick up my order. Got the there in 20 minutes just to make sure it would be done. Got to Puccini's, and they made 2 entrees wrong and had not started my Diavolo dish (forgot). Had to wait another 15 minutes for my food to be finished. My 3 individual pizzas had been sitting out for at least 20 minutes. I had also ordered extra sauces for the entrees and had to ask for them. They argued at first with providing the sauces to me, but realized I was correct. Other customers were also waiting on orders that were not finished on time or missing items. I usually have had great service and food. Was very disappointed on this visit.

Ordered pizza 80$ worth, while on the boat. We are on Geist Marina. We go pick up our pizza and they immediately tell us we can’t eat our food at a table. “Because it’s not fair to the servers” …. like as if we wouldn’t tip and buy a bottle or more food. The hostess finally seated us outside just for the manager to come and tell us to leave or he was going to call the cops for eating the pizza we paid for. This was the craziest thing I’ve heard of, experienced, and will never spend money there again. Pizza was mids. Service was piss poor. There was also only two tables being used inside and outside.

Worst the food has ever been at the Geist location. Very little toppings. Not sure they even put any sauce on the pizza. Didn’t know you can have hard tasteless crust while also being undercooked, but it was tonight. And the bread stick was as hard as a rock.

My family and I visit puccini's often. The food is always great. This is one of my favorite pizzas, and the garlic bread with cheese is great as well. Now, this place is run by college/high school kids, so be patient with the service. Sometimes, you have to wait a bit to receive service when it's busy, but they won't forget about you. Be patient!

Puccini’s Geist has been a favorite spot of ours since moving to Fishers over 5 years ago. The food is good, price is reasonable, and the atmosphere is laid-back. We visit here often and always bring family and friends when they’re in town visiting.

Now, why the 1 star review you may ask?

On Monday, July 15 my husband and I took my parents for dinner. Food was great, and our server was busy when it was time to pay the check. So, my dad took the check to the counter to pay while a different cashier was standing there. Upon hearing that my dad needed to pay, the cashier goes to our server and tells her the “old guy” needs to pay.

My dad hears the exchange and confronts the cashier, whose response was that she didn’t know what else to call him. So in a matter of minutes, my dad was BOTH insulted and charged for our dinner.

I visited the restaurant on Tuesday, July 16 to speak with a manager regarding the experience. At that time, Josh was the manager on duty. I explained the situation and was told he had heard the servers talking about the exchange, and he would let his manager, Sullivan, know about the situation when we worked on Wednesday, July 17.

Today, Wednesday, July 17, I visited the restaurant to speak with manager Sullivan. Sullivan was there, and when I asked if he had heard about the experience he said he had. When I asked what the resolution would be, I was informed he planned to speak with the offending cashier on her shift today and she would either be reprimanded or terminated, and that yet ANOTHER manager, Devin, would possibly come in to speak with her as well.

Now, I’m not leaving reviews trying to get free things, but at NO point has anyone offered to get my phone number, have the ACTUAL upper manager or owner contact me, refund AT LEAST my dad’s meal, or the like.

I’m hoping that this will MAYBE get a response. I do not want to contact a generic Puccini’s email as suggested to my parents’ reviews.

I do not want anyone else’s family to suffer this kind of disrespect at a local establishment, and hope that the true management of Puccini’s Geist handles the situation appropriately. Until then, our business has been lost.

Been here several times with our daughter and her husband food is really good, our waitress was really nice,but I guess she got busy doing something else so my husband went up to pay our bill at that time another girl came out to cash register that's when it all went down hill.... she yelled to someone in the back of house"there's an old man out here needing to pay his bill". That is very rude and disrespectful!! In my opinion she needs to be reprimanded and trained how to treat people!! We'd had such a good time and she had to ruin it by insulting my husband who is by no means an old man!!

Went out to dinner with my wife,daughter, and son-in-law food and service was good.After receiving a $78 bill I was insulted when I went up to pay. The girl that came from the back to the register called me an old man that was very rude and insulting to me as I am not an old man!! I will never step foot in this establishment again!! In my opinion the owners/ management need to explain to this particular employee how to treat customers.Thank you

Both their regular and gluten-free pizza crusts are NOT vegan. They do have vegan cheese and sausage, but nothing to put them on. Their GF crust used to be vegan. There may be a salad you can make vegan, but that’s all.
