I placed an order for pickup, was told 25 minutes to pick up. I arrived on time. Guy at the counter couldn't find my order, thought it was still coming out so he asked me to wait. 15 minutes later a different guy called my name, except it was the wrong pizza. The second guy found my order sitting on the top shelf waiting to be picked up. That order was there when I first arrived, so I waited 15 minutes because the first guy didn't take time to look at all the orders waiting to be picked up. I had the Campfire pizza which was good for the most part, a little too much gorgonzola in some areas. Pepperoni bread was great. I wish the food had been a little warmer when I got it home but again it was sitting on a shelf for at least 15 minutes.
Always an outstanding place to dine! Love the servers.

Always smells delicious! Food is prepared quickly. However, the girl at the counter on this day didn't seem enthusiastic about being at work and it showed easily. Not a good look when dealing with customer service.

Ordered from Uber eats. We got a salad and the chicken Parmesan. The pasta was oily, had zero sauce, the chicken Parmesan wasn’t even breaded? It was like a boiled chicken breast with cheese on it. So bizarre. The bread was rock hard and the salads lettuce was pink, brown, and white with giant chunks of vegetables and onions, barely sliced. Their prep and line cook definitely phoned it in last night. Although….these ingredients seemed as though they may have been prepped a week ago. Truly disgusting experience.

This was our first time trying Puccini's (Recommended by a friend) We arrived shortly after opening to a very busy carryout time, we planned on dining in but was told they were short staffed because of a No-show...but the manager stepped up and allowed us to dine in and took care of us himself! We ordered the small Campfire and small Sweet Lil Razorback and an order of Breadsticks and I must say, all was delicious but the favorite was the Campfire. Hats off to the staff that made the experience a great one, we will return soon!
Pizza and service were excellent! Ate here while working in Indianapolis and will definitely be back on my next visit. The large Ultimate Warrior fed three (3) of us. Did I mention the pizza was amazing!
