We had a couple of awful experiences at the Geist location, and made the incorrect assumption that Puccini's was the same across Indianapolis. Well, they're NOT the same. The food and the service here are comparable to the Bucceto's in Bloomington, which we love. (Same company: differently named stores). our wedge salads and calzones were perfection, and our waiter couldn't have been nicer.I'll happily go to this location, but not the one at Geist.

We ordered from this location last weekend for a large group, on a short notice, and I have to say not only was the food delicious and they had it ready very quickly, but their staff was beyond helpful and kind. They went above and beyond, and were amazing, particularly Sophia who was just phenomenal. We all loved the food and will definitely be going there again when we are back in town!

Ordered dinners and salads via delivery. Received entrees but they had no flavor (Michaelina's frozen alfredo for $1.00 beat theirs). Lasagna wasn't lasagna but a bowl of semi layered mess. Bowl was 70% sauce: meat,noodles and meat patty on one side only. We were missing both of the salads I paid extra for.When I called they immediately said our salads were there but they closed in 3 minutes so they could give me credit for those next time.This was a first experience there. Don't need credit for next time because I would NEVER eat there again. Not real Italian, frozen processed unflavored garbage.Stay away is my best recommendation!

It's a great pizza place and also has a really full menu of dinners, calzones, pasta dishes, specialty pizzas, and salads. They also support a wide variety of toppings for your pies! I've been going here for years, and I've never been disappointed. The food is immaculate, and the service is great! The atmosphere is simple yet inviting and comfortable. If you haven't been here yet, gather up the family and have a Puccini's dinner night! You can't go wrong. Order anything on the menu, and you're gonna' see why they call it smiling teeth!

Great pizza, good vibes, nice people! My most recent experience at Puccini's was just a to-go order. We ordered on a Saturday night and unfortunately the pizza was ready significantly later than they said it would be. However it was still tasty. The crust is a bit sweeter than classic pizza, which isn't my favorite, but some people love! We got a Razorback and Classic Pepperoni which both hit the spot!

Great spot for takeout or dining in! If you come after 6 on a Friday or Saturday the restaurant will be packed but still totally worth the wait. My favorite place to get pizza from but also their dinners are delicious. This restaurant have an old school Italian restaurant vibe with the checkerboard table cloths. My favorite thing is the funky artwork on the walls.
