Puccini's Pizza Pasta - Clearwater

My boss ordered us lunch on Uber eats. We received the wrong pizza. Wrong size. Wrong order. Puccini's reached out immediately. I have not had time to call them however they suggested Uber Eats May have been the issue. I decided to edit order because the food is always great. I woukd rate them ad amont the top three in town.

They were closing in 10 minutes and still gave us hot food. The spicy meatballs were amazing. Also order the cheese bread and pasta with alfredo sauce

My wife and I stopped in here the yesterday to pick up a few pies while we were in the area. We use to help run the West Lafayette location and it is hands down our favorite pizza place by far. When we got home I noticed the crust was kind flat and the sauce was a little bland but other than that it still puts any other pizza joint to shame. I promise, you won’t regret giving this place a shot

I have heard their commercials a million times on 92.3. Been meaning to try them out. I ordered online for pick up. I'm Highly disappointed. For $28, including a few dollar tip that I pre-paid online, this is what I got for a pickup order. A 10-in pizza. Some really terrible bread bites and a 12 oz soda that probably has about 6 oz in it, which by itself cost $3.50. when I went to pick it up I asked if that was the right size drink because it was $3.50, and he said, " That's all I've got for you man. You don't have to buy drinks here. I always tell people there's a gas station across the street."

And honestly I was hoping that the food would make it all okay, I've had better pizza at a bar. And the fettuccine alfredo I saw on the counter while I was picking up my food looked like soup.

Won't be back.

The aroma of this restaurant is amazing! If you're not hungry before visiting, then you will be upon walking in! The staff is usually friendly with the exception of one or two who I either burned out or just not cut out for the restaurant industry. It's typically a young staff running the place but they push the orders out fast. It has a fun and family-friendly atmosphere with many patrons who visit frequently So I don't think this place is going anywhere anytime soon. I'm giving this review as a delivery driver. I will give another review based on the food once I visit as a customer myself.

We arrived at 8:35 and wanted to dine in as we live about 40 minutes away. The person told us the server had gone home due to an emergency so carry out was the only thing available. What a lame excuse. I would have preferred the truth- they didn’t want us to come in and stay late (we wouldn’t have). I have been to Puccini’s a million times- anyone can take the order and fill a cup with soda. So annoying.

Didn’t cut the pizza and didn’t give us straws and the pizza was burnt. Waiter was great. I’ve had frozen pizzas better than this. I’ve had better pizza at incredible pizza. I’ve had better pizza from the gas station. Pizza was black. Pizza broke my tooth. Pizza was a frisbee. Imma come back like a boomerang ahh pizza.

I wish I could give this less then one star the pizza was burnt and also it wasn’t cut I had to cut my pizza with a dull fork, it’s been 20 minutes since my last drink refill as well

This is a great little Italian spot. Food was decent, service was great, and restaurant was clean.My daughter loved it for her birthday as she was craving pasta and they catered to her unique 4 year old palate.

One of my all time favorites. The pasta is always fresh and the spicy balls are impeccable. And let's not forget about their homemade ranch. That stuff should come with a straw.

Worst experience ever. Clam linguini had no white sauce. Cashier didn't know how to ring up a separate order of garlic bread then forgot my salad and dressing. Teen workers just standing around when the food area counters needed wiping down. Very dissapointed and manager was not very responsive. I will share my experience with everyone I know.

The hot peppers condiment lid was loose so upon use it poured all over and the table was unsteady so thank goodness the pizza was tasty, the waitress was told,she said sorry.

We love their pizza and salads, but they will NOT let you place a phone order, and then go there to set down and eat. So we went somewhere else. ?
