My cousin ordered chicken wings and fries. We were greeted when we walked in. There's a lot to do as far as activities.

Everything started out great! But the moment we had a problem with something it seemed as though the server was unhappy with us. My brother didn’t enjoy his loaded fries and she seemed upset when I asked if I could substitute it for the lava cake (which was amazing by the way) I get that everyone has bad days but she just seemed upset the whole time and I felt like i was being really nice about everything. Other than the service the rest of the food was really good!

First of all, im giving four stars because the manager named David Kearn I found to be rude and very unconcerned with our issue. Also, when I reserved the bowling and paid the $15 deposit, I thought it was strange that it didn't go towards our total. I was told it's just what they charge. So why not reveal this upfront? Also, I have an extra $38 charge on my card that im hoping gets straightened out.
With that said, I had a good time bowling, and karaoke was a blast! The food was good.
Our server was amazing.

A line of people standing at the bar to order drinks and the bartenders are working harder on not making eye contact with us than working. Completely ignoring the massive line, while addressing people coming up to sit at the bar. Normal rude downtown bar that will come and go. We can't have anything nice.

I felt this was overpriced. Paying for the atmosphere and I did not find it was worth it. Actually was disappointed. We only had drinks and apps after realizing the surroundings and that they were overpriced.

I did not attend my reservation due to the conditions of the establishment. Upon entering I headed towards to the restroom to find disgusting conditions. The stall walls looked like they hadn’t been wiped down since they were installed. The floors were covered in wet substance. The toilets had fecal matter in areas other than the bowl and there was not paper seat covers available. Luckily there was a small amount of hand soap at the sink, however when I went to dry my hands I saw the dryer was covered in mold and sludge. If this is how they upkeep a public restroom (knowing people see it), I can only imagine what it looks like in the kitchen and other areas guests do not see. For this reason, I did not keep my reservation.
We stopped in to catchup with a few family members and happened to show up early for the reservation which was not a big deal at all. They were friendly and told us where we would sit and wait till our reservation time was. We didn't have any one come wait on us where we sat so I had to go ask the attendant if we ordered food on an app or if we placed orders somewhere and she replied I could place an order with thr bartender. So after waiting about 7 minutes the bartender eventually got around to us and we got to place an appetizer while we waited.
Once our reservation was there our waitresses was great and super awesome. The food was okay. The chicken and waffles is what my wife and I split.
We don't often visit indy for events, it was dumb luck we parked right across the street for $20 and the restaurant was right across the street. I'd probably visit again just not bring a child with so we could get a better experience of it all.
**we did appreciate the free board games to help pass time because my 8 year old blew through $10 of arcade games in about 13 minutes.

For starters there were dirty menus. We ordered the nachos to start they were nothing but chips. I ordered chicken and waffles and some of the chicken was brown and chewy. The waffles were dry. My husband ordered a kale salad nothing on it but kale. He order a chicken sandwich which was the best part of the meals. Only go for the activities!!!

We at there last year and it was great! The food is not what it used to be. The burger was too greasy and lacked flavor. The loaded fries were too salty and the chili tasted canned. Too bad this place used to be a favorite.

The Punch Bowl Social's New Year's Eve event was disappointing and did not live up to expectations. The event was advertised on Everbite for $40 in advance (plus a service fee) or $60 at the door. According to the event description, attendees would receive a Jell-O shot upon entry, a champagne toast at midnight, and be able to search for hidden prizes around the bar. My friend and I purchased tickets for a double date and were eager to attend.
Upon arrival, we received the Jell-O shot, which was lackluster and resembled a simple Jello cup with little to no alcohol. We spent some time exploring and looking for the advertised "hidden prizes," but were unable to find any. After sitting at a table for over an hour with no service or attention from the staff, we went to the bar to place our order. It took approximately 20 minutes for the bartender to take our order, and another 15–20 minutes to receive our drinks.
We tried to make the most of the evening, hoping to enjoy the champagne toast. However, when we attempted to order a second round of drinks at the bar, we stood there for over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. I even approached the service area in an attempt to get assistance, but was ignored until a staff member approached and told me I could not stand there. When I asked if I could receive service, the staff member instructed me to return to the bar and walked away.
I complied and stood at the bar for another 30 minutes before finally being addressed. While I was able to close my tab, the bartender ignored my friend, who had been waiting patiently next to me. He ended up waiting another 15 minutes before we decided to leave before midnight and return to one of our homes.
The overall experience was not worth the money spent and was marred by poor service and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this event to anyone and suggest finding an alternative venue for future events.

Waitress at the bar was rude, attitude not welcoming at all! Waited on my food just for it to come out cold and the fish was burnt. Tasted like burnt grease and the fries was cold! Terrible first time experience , I also got a drink and that was good. Most likely won’t ever come back or recoommend!
This place has a great atmosphere. Definitely a nice place to host your friends and family

We (myself and 3 others) purchased $40 early bird tickets for the New Year’s Eve party and were disappointed. The event felt thrown together at the last minute, and the ticket price was not worth the single Jell-O shot upon entry and one flute of champagne at midnight. The servers weren’t attending tables, and only one of the bars inside were actually open and it took 20+ just to order a drink because the 3 bartenders were so backed up. I saw a couple people who could’ve been management but no one was really running the event and it showed.
Food servers do not wear hair nets, I witnessed hair touching the food, a server wiped her nose while transporting salad, hair touching the juice containers. Otherwise the food was ok. The dessert was delicious, service person were polite and courteous
