QDOBA Mexican Eats

So I love qudoba but this place I will never ever order from again . I place an online order @ 7:50 give or take & they DO NOT CLOSE UNTIL 9PM !!!!! So I ordered my food whatever , & it says I’m expected to wait an hour for my food when the place is literally all of 7 mins away from my house ! First red flag . So I wait the hour & look on my order to see where it is & it says completed and food was delivered but I never received the food nor did the tracker show anyone picking it up bc I watched it for the whole hour . Then @ 8:50 I see dashers trying to pick my order up but are not able to , then I began to call the store & sure at this time it’s past 9pm and closing time but as a play with pending orders , the least you could do is answer the phone or even if you made the food already give it to the dashers you see at the door !!!! Well I call maybe 8 times to figure out what’s going on and when I finally get an answer a man by the name of Damien answers the phone to scream in my ear and say “ STOP CALLING BECAUSE WE ARE CLOSED !” And hangs up ! I immediately call back and ask for his name cause there was most definitely a different way off answer the phone , the conversation should have started with “ I’m sorry we just closed but how may I help you “ & explained my order would be canceled. Idk if they didn’t want to make it or what because they were close to closing but THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ABD I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN ! I will take my hard earned money down the street to the one on Indiana ave ! Get your stuff together qudoba !

Came from out of town and wanted something quick but healthy and all I have to say is that the Food was impeccable and the service was outstanding! Employees are absolutely amazing! Definitely a go to spot if you’re looking for something quick and tasty!

I don't remember Qdoba being this bad. The food was so sloppy. The place is so dank and dark it's so depressing to eat here for lunch.

The lady who made our bowl was nice as well as funny. We sat by the window and it was a nice view. When you walk in, go to the right. It was our first time and we were not sure what way to go.

Service was top notch. There were two ladies that were amazingly fast and efficient to keep the lunch rush moving quickly. Food was good and fresh!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!! This is the second time I have placed an order at this location as I work across the street only to go over and the lights are off and the door locked! I call and the workers don't pick up even though I clearly see them, then a man comes to door and instead of helping and allowing me to wait for my order tells me they are not open (WHEN THEY SHOULD BE) and says my order will be refunded which it still has not!!!!! If I could leave a NEGATIVE rating for customer service this morning I would, but sadly have to give one star which is definitely not deserved! DO better Qdoba!!!!
