After hanging up, another employee walked in and they chatted without being acknowledged. When I asked if I could place an order, the girl said she had to take a phone call. Ended up leaving without food. Zero stars.

The male manager at this location needs to learn his portions . He gave me MAYBE 2 OZ of protein for a quesadilla. And I just ended up paying for 'double' because he couldn't portion correctly. I worked at Qdoba for over 5 years . And that was asinine. I will not be coming to this location again.

hello, this qdoba as a whole is absolutely amazing, as a manager, customer service was well appreciated, got in & out within 1 min, food quality is immaculate, i would come to this location again, as well with the manager that’s been there for a short period time, he can sure make this location pop! :)

Management is extremely stingy with portions. My bowl barely had any chicken, queso, or salsa. The bowl was primarily black beans. They charge extra for certain ad ons (rice) and claim that it's corporate, when any and every other Qdoba in the city does not. I actively avoid this location, and anytime I have to go to this one, it is the same story with this manager and only him. The other employees are always wonderful.

Super frustrating this location randomly chooses when it should open. Multiple times I’ve ordered online for take out and arrive to pick it up around 8am and they still aren’t open. The location lists their hours as opening at 7am and will charge you for orders but the location itself is not open to make them.
The people are always so nice when I come in! The greeted and converse with me. They definitely need a raise for their hard work!!! The food is always delicious also! 10/10

Walked in today and waited up front for a while with no coming to service me. Started to call the store to see if people were working. Phone rang off the hook for a min. Then an employee came up from out in the lobby to help. Did he not notice me waiting there forever. He didn’t wash hands just put gloves on. Then proceeded to give me the smallest portions possible. Which some actually cost extra at this location and it’s still small. Looked like a kids bowl. Use to come to this location all the time. Gets worse and worse. The bad part about of it is the General Manager was there and came out as well after I phoned. Get your stuff together.

As in my previous reviews I typically enjoy coming to this location and enjoy the food. However, the general manager was on duty and he was stingy with the portions and was not very friendly. Employees are great but not the manager!
