What is going on at this Castleton location. Manager is very abusive, cursing out a man with disable child who came to pick up an app order. I work at the hospital in the area and stopped by for a meal. The Mexican employees were all afraid, customers afraid, while manager cursing and threatening a man for asking about an online order. Manager told employees no one can serve him with many curse words. The customer said he was going to file a complaint and manager started cursing more and doing gang signs. Scary, not going back.

The queso cheese was bad! I woke up sweating on the toilet 🤬. They made me wait while doing an online order. Nothing was fresh and they gave me the bottom of the fajitas when I asked if they had anymore. Don’t eat the tortilla soup!

The service and atomsphere are run of the mill. The food quality is poor. I lived by the Qdoba for a while and it made me think I did not like the food chain. It wasn't until I ate Qdoba somewhere else I realized it's was their food.

Sat there for 5 minutes by myself as the only one in line while the employee running the register took a phone call. After hanging up, another employee walked in and they chatted without being acknowledged. When I asked if I could place an order, the girl said she had to take a phone call. Ended up leaving without food. Zero stars.

This particular location has amazing staff members, servers never rush out and the way they give portions is superb. Their behavior is so welcoming. Food is also super, never had experience of overcooked rice. Superb!
