I love the food!! But this place has serious supply issues! No ice tea, no Coke Zero no lemonade. We were there at the beginning of lunch and no effort to restock. I was offered a bottle beverage.

Told me I had to wait for them to change over from breakfast to lunch. Stood there for 15 minutes with no help. Just a waste of time. Horrible service.

I eat through my feeding tube and my hand held blender stopped working before I could eat. The amazing staff helped us problem solve and then blended food for us. So thankful for people who care and help.

Their food no longer looks nor tastes fresh. Been coming here for years. I usually prefer it here instead of Chipotle because of the portions and taste. Now that their portions are less and food doesn't taste fresh, I feel like they're both the same. It's unfortunate.
People are great, but forgive them when they are understaffed.

How was all of my food unbearably dry and lacking flavor? I will never return to this location because the quality is absolutely disgraceful. I work around the corner, but I'll go to Plainfield because the food is actually good there. It's like Chipotle with the serving sizes. Terrible

The lady that worked tonight with the glasses and the braids in her head is very rude I asked for a bag for my door she lied and said they didn’t have any then proceeded to give another customer a bag I understand that stuff run low but she needs to work on her attitude
