Staff is not very interested or engaged in their jobs. Food was okay. The brown rice was old and all stuck together. When I asked if they had fresh they looked at my like I had lost my mind. So I went with white rice, which was fresh. They limit how much they give but are charging more.

This is a fairly large QDOBA. I have eaten QDOBA exactly 1 time for dinner and probably over 200 times for breakfast. I absolutely love the breakfast quesadilla. The price admittedly is higher than I'd like to pay, however the quality is pretty good. The staff at this particular location at the very early hour I was there on that particular morning certainly did NOT seem to be the best. The manager didn't seem to speak very much English though he did take my order very well, the other kid that was there seemed to be HIGH out of his mind... I had to repeat myself over a dozen times in the course of my visit and had to say the same thing 4 separate times 1 after the other because he kept saying "whaaaaaaaaaaaattt?" (In a super confused super high tone).I do love the food, I will be back, I have hope the service will be better but I did get the right food prepared correctly.Vegetarian options: Vegetarianism and veganism are the sad results of a morally corrupt mind. Reconsider your lifeParking: HUGE parking lot for vehicles of all sizesKid-friendliness: Kid friendly but not kid focused restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking and seats

Portion size is ridiculous. Rice is raw. They abuse the meal swipe system and take advantage of college kids.

As a Representative from ArtistView, we are disappointed in the way QDOBA Mexican Eats treats it's potential clients/ customers! My guest and I were overcharged and blatantly disrespected by the manager (Hispanic Woman)! This establishment/ location is poorly managed, trash everywhere, and reeks of dirty mop water! They have no respect for vegetarians! We won’t recommend this location for first time vegetarians! We will conduct an official follow up review in two weeks Thank you!

I never go to qudoba or however you spell it but I did today. Lets just say I won’t be back or never to this location. The girl who took my order was very rude when I asked for a chicken bowl. She told me they had no chicken lol. I’m appalled because I had no clue what else to order. She rushed me the whole time … idk it was just not a very good experience trying something new. I won’t be back there.

Its okay for a meal swipe. Mediocre bowls. I usually get chicken rice bowl, line is really long during meal swipe hours. Otherwise its not bad to prevent myself from being starved

Nope. Never again. I was nothing but polite and cordial and the person helping me was nothing but rude and short with me. Didn't even give me 2 seconds to decide what I wanted to order and kept saying "Hi." in a flatlined voice to make me hurry up when no one was behind me. Then said "Answer the question." when it came to the tip. No "please," no "if you could answer the question real quick," nothing. Rude the entire time. Also, $13 for a bland burrito when you're also out of everything? Yeah, no thanks.

Poor service. Bland food. I wish I didn't waste my money here. The person serving me actually had earbuds in as he was taking my order and I had to repeat everything to him. It wouldn't surprise me if he was stoned by the way he was interacting and moving around. The food was poorly seasoned and bland. I ate a small portion of the food served before deciding I didn't want to put anymore of the food into my mouth. I felt disgusted by how much food that I paid for that I ended up throwing away. I felt like telling people getting into line not to eat here...like I would be saving them from experiencing terrible service and bad food. I will never in my life eat at a Qdoba again.

Will drive further to the 86th and Michigan location after my experience here. Asked for a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side. Employee asked me what kind of tortilla. I only know that they have flour tortillas. Told her that normally when I order a burrito bowl, I get a white tortilla. She raised her voice at me to berate me with " We have lots of tortillas here! Crunchy taco shells..." I can't remember what else she said after that I was so shocked at her behavior. I thought it was understood if you want a burrito bowl that a flour tortilla would accompany it. I don't want a corn, hard taco shell with my burrito. If she is unable to converse in normal tones with customers maybe she should work in the back prepping food not giving out orders.

This qdobas is ok food wasn't the best and the employees are soft spoken as hell. They were really really busy and it did take 20 mins to get through the line.

This has, since it opened, been my go-to location. After today's encounter, I will probably drive further to the 86th and Michigan store or never go to Qdoba again. I ordered 2 burrito bowls and asked for 2 tortillas on the side which I always ask for. The counter employee asked me what kind of tortilla. I was a bit perplexed by the question as I only know them offering flour tortillas. I told her normally when I get a burrito bowl I get a white (I should have said correctly a flour tortilla) with my bowl. She began loudly telling me, "We have all kinds of tortillas!! Crunchy tacos..." I don't remember what else she rattled off because I was so surprised by her reaction. She told me I was being too aggressive with her. I think she had it backward; her petulant, annoyed tone to tell me they have many tortillas. BTW, crunchy taco shells are not flour tortillas. They are traditionally made with corn.I didn't know that asking for a flour tortilla with my burrito bowl was going to trigger your employees. Not to worry; I will take my aggressiveness to Chipotle from now on. Bye.
