You have one of the rudest cashiers ever. When a customer makes a statement or asks a question about their order the cashier gave major MAJOR attitude. He turns to another employee and says something in another language which I'm certain was rude and disrespectful. Then the gentleman that was preparing my food touched every utensil in the store then used them same hands and smoothed my lettuce out which I said no sir I don't want that after touching everything else. There was 1 kind lady that stepped right over and said world you like me to make it ma'am. While I was waiting on my friend to finish her order that same cashier was rude to the Uber eats person and again turned and said something in another language with MAD attitude. This is unacceptable and need to be addressed. The floors in this store was a mess also. Needless to say I was an unhappy patron. I hope my food tastes good. Then when the Uber person asked how long, the cashier goes, I don't know 5 minutes, 10 minutes 45 minutes with attitude. He was very disrespectful and not customer friendly AT ALL.

So I visited on a Sunday .. I only got one item nachos and the people before me got the same thing and it look like their bowl was filled to the top… Now I don’t think my bowl was worth 11$ because is was no were to the top… to be charging that ….so they need to check their portion size…

I like the qdoba breakfast. This is the location in my route to school. Their advertised times say they open at 7am. Ive come at 715, 730, 800, and 830 and they are NEVER open on time. Most times I can get someone to let me in but today the worker got an attitude and hung up on me. This location won’t last long with this kind of management. Fix it!! You’re loosing money!!

This particular location is close to the IUPUI campus so they have more rules around the food they’re serving in comparison to the others. It was as flavorful.I got a veggie burrito bowl.

I went here for lunch and ordered a chicken salad bowl. When I got home to eat I had no chicken and no beans in my bowl. When I went to pick up my order the workers were just standing around talking. I had to ask twice for my order and then was met with dirty looks. Just awful service and awful food. I WILL NOT be eatting here anymore. Just pathetic.

Literally put chicken, rice, and beans in my food and disregarded the entire rest of the order.
I saw that they brought the tortilla soup back and stopped in to pick some up after being at the hospital. There was nothing wrong with the taste, but there was literally no soup in the bowl.Soup is supposed to be liquidity. And must be eaten with a spoon, this could be eaten with a fork. When you took bytes out of the bowl, the food kept its shape. Unfortunately, there is no way for me. Attached the pictures of the food. It was a very unsatisfying experience because I was craving soup, but, not a burrito bowl.

Wish I could leave 0 stars!! Upon arrival my order was not ready. The staff had no knowledge of my order even though it was placed in YOUR app. They then proceeded to help 8 other customers without even checking on my order or stepping up to prepare my order. The employee then threw the food in the bag causing the lid to come of the entree and the chips spill all over the bag. I do not plan to visit any of your locations moving forward. The broad with the neck tattoo doesn’t need to be employed in customer service or the food industry as she’s clearly aloof of how it works!

Pleasant employees. The queso is watered down; still extremely liquid when cool, like a soup. Very weak flavor too, unilke most Qdobas queso. Quesadilla was slightly burnt.

Came twice to be sure before I give a comment. Very low quantity on everything, even rice they count how many rice in a bowl. I prefer chipotle anytime and recommend anyother place if you want to have a good meal.
