The bowls are very good! I like the fact that they have plenty of toppings to choose from. Cilantro rice, 2 kinds of beans, picco de gallo and their guacamole is great. Love the bowls and they aren't stingy about their toppings. Great place if your in the mood for mexican food

One of the employees was in the back coughing like crazy around the food it was old dryed out rice on the line

This particular store has gone down hill. They have a team that obviously can't work together. The only person on the line got an attitude and started screaming to the back that someone needed to come up to help the line. Once the cashier emerged there he was very nasty with the person that was already up there about getting queso for me while he was trying to work both line positions. Just very unprofessional while the manager was in the back and seemed to not care that employees had bad attitudes on the line.. I worked here when I was a teenager 20 years ago and I do not feel like I walked into the same place tonight.

Every single time I come in ITS ALWAYS DIRTY. And not to mention, the staffs there are very rude and disrespectful especially that one old huge hispanic woman. The staffs get hissy and quickly annoyed when you ask them to repeat themselves and they don’t give you what you order. I came in one day and got a bowl and requested the guacamole to be in a cup three times and the man said okay but just moved away the bowl to the checkout and said something to the lady but then walked off. If it wasn’t allowed then communication to me. Don’t just leave your customers in the dark. The old hispanic woman was packaging my order and then moved to the register and so I scanned my phone and this lady literally gave me a scorn look and gritted her while rudely telling me, “I said wait. you need to wait” How was I supposed to know if you were not communicating properly to me or even acknowledge my existence until i made one error that could have easily been avoided. This place would be better if the staffs just took the time to understand the customers and communicate properly to them instead of assuming we can mind read.

Walked in at 9 on a Thursday. All the tables are turned on their sides. I had to finally speak up to be acknowledged and stop them from cleaning the line. After some dirty looks I got my food. I get home, because dine in is apparently not a option, and my burrito and queso dip is lukewarm at best. I don't eat out very often and this was very disappointing.

Employees aren't trying to actually make what the customer wants. I'd start saying what I would like, and they'd dump waaay more on the tortilla than I wanted. When I told him it was too much, I got a blank look and they just pushed it to the next employee.
There was no line nor was there anyone behind me. So I don't understand why I couldn't get the burrito I actually wanted.
Because of this, the burrito tastes horrible. Not at all what I wanted. I'm spending my time picking through this oversized burrito to take off the food I didn't want on the burrito.
I chose this over Penn Station because I've never been thrilled with their subs, despite my guy liking them.
I wish I hadn't. As much as their subs aren't to my liking, I can at least enjoy the taste.
My burrito is crap.
I probably won't return.
