First time eating here I ordered the chicken tenders plain however it was great except it was a tad bit spicy for my liking. The bourbon sauce was amazing . Overall the prices are reasonable. I will be back.

I came in 1 min till closing like any regular rushed human being trying to find something for dinner. They let me in and ordered my food no problem! This was my first time eating here . I was drawn by the smell of this amazing chicken shopping nearby . When I came in the lady at the front had Beautiful customer service. She hooked me up with the right dinner with an amazing price. Mind you this is my first time here. She made sure what I wanted made sense with what I ordered. The food service was fast! The Chef even verified SAUCES and my order multiple times. I waited for a good two songs. They definitely was jamming to the right vibes at night. I smelled this good food all the way home where the TASTE was EVERYTHING AND MORE! I’m So glad I stopped by! My boyfriend was craving for some hush puppies and they did amazing job on them, the fried perch and traditional wings. Definitely will be coming back!

If I could give Braxton 20 stars I would. She has an excellent personality and customer service was beyond phenomenal. She is definitely a stellar employee and you all should be so proud to have her as an employee. Keep up the great work.

So I heard about this restaurant figured I’d try it while in town for NBA Allstar weekend. And it’s a hard pass I placed order online and it took a hour after I was there waiting 20 mins.

I love R&R and have never had a problem till now. I placed an order for wings online and didn't realize it was for pickup. I needed delivery because I'm sick. I have called multiple times, but no one has answered. I also called the Shadeland location, and whoever picked up the phone needed better customer service skills. She was very unprofessional. I have paid for food that I didn't receive and am not happy. It is very unprofessional to have your voicemail full and no one picking up the phone. I would love it if someone could communicate with me!

I ordered a 20 piece bbq (extra wet) with bbq sauce on the fries through an app , The wings and fries was vey hard and overcooked or recooked! & they didn’t put extra sauce on my wings (that’s regular) and barely put sauce on my fries , when I paid extra for both! Very disappointed! Wouldn’t recommend this

I ordered boneless wings and fries through the app for a scheduled time. I got a notice almost immediately that they were ready. A half hour later I finally got to the restaurant (at the scheduled time), and pointed out the error. They made me a fresh batch of food rather than giving me the food that had been prepared earlier in error. I love a restaurant that makes it right when there's an issue! The fries were hot and crispy. I had bourbon sauce on them and the sweet, spicy flavor was amazing. The boneless wings had the honey garlic which was also good, though I think the bourbon is better. Well cooked, nicely seasoned, and very affordable for the amount of food. My only issue with ordering online is I couldn't find anything telling me how spicy the sauces are. I took a pic of the list in the restaurant that will hopefully help others.in the same dilemma.

WARNING! You better check your receipt after the initial charge because I was nice enough to leave this girl a $2. and change she took it up on herself to round it up and take $3. That's theft whether she knows it or not.Then she gave me a nasty old looking wing and never put my extra sauce in there.Check your food from this place.. That way my first and last visit!

Food was very salty and app is a waste of time because they tell you that you have to specify certain things on the app...but how can you do that if the option is nit available nor is there a box for additional info. Waste of money.
