Despite poor past experiences, we decided to give this place another chance to get the BOGO on the Chedda Chedda Buford. Ordered and paid online and picked up our order at the store. Customized one of the sandwiches to hold the ketchup and mustard. Got home to discover that instead of two beef patties, each sandwich had only one. [see pics of their ad compared to what we got]. And neither sandwich had ketchup and mustard. And there was no tartar sauce at all on the Deep Sea Doubled we also ordered. I assumed this had to be a franchise, but was shocked to discover this store is actually run by Rally's corporate out of Tampa, Florida! This store makes no effort to provide quality service to customers. It's just a cash cow that capitalizes off Checker's/Rally's extensive marketing.

Don’t bother. Everybody is busy doing whatever except serving customers. Stood at the walk up window, and it was open, and nobody acknowledged me for almost 5 minutes. Just might be the next one to close. So sad

I visited around 6pm on 5/8/2023 and asked at the drive thru if they accepted Google Pay. I wanted to make sure because I didn't want to place an order otherwise. When I got to the window, I went to hand the cashier, DeAntrae, my phone, and he told me they don't accept Google Pay. I explained that I'd asked before I ordered, and he claimed someone who didn't know any better had told me wrong but that I could use his Cashapp to send him the money, and he would pay for my food. I didn't have time to question this or argue, although it seemed very shady to me. I had ordered four chili cheese dogs, add ketchup. This was bad enough, but then I waited over 20 minutes for them to bring me the food, which was cold, the chili tasted old, the cheese was cold, and the dogs had no ketchup. Of course I wasn't given a receipt. Won't be back.

This place has gone down hill lately. They keep closing early. Was closed at 8pm one night. I finally cought them open at 10pm one night. I regret even stopping. They said my order would be a 20 minute wait. I waited and got a cold burger and the soggyest fries I've ever gotten and they weren't very warm either. I love Rallys but won't be stopping at this one again. The one at Highschool and Kentucky is a lot cleanerwith way better food and service.

Tonight the store manager named Natalya (I think that's how you spell it ) and Lindsey was our life savers! We ordered though Uber and the Uber driver didn't give us all our food so my husband drove like a mad man. And these two took care of him! And made it right in every way possible and it wasn't even there fault! Thank you lady's! Awesome job! The food is delicious! It's been a very long time since we have had good food from this location! So happy for the future!

I bought a grilled hotdogs and a small diet coke yesterday. Checked my bank balance today....$22.93 waiting to hear back from from manager now. Next day heard back from Mgr I had to call her. She was the one who overcharged me on Sat. She was not apologetic, didn't know how to fix her mistake, was waiting for someone to email her directions. Had no clue how long it would take Rally's to fix and then the wait time for my financial institution.Then hung up on me after I told her it was her mistake, refused to give any corporate information. The quality of her management skills is non existent, never mind customer service. Still waiting for corporate to call.
If you want undercooked pink chicken & cold stale fries then be my guest & order from this exact spot , if not RUN ! I will never ever order from here again
