Got some coupons and the mail and gave it a whirl. Food was prepared exceptionally fast and the service was great. Order was good and 100% correct. Will be back.

The past year has proven to be gamble as to whether the burgers will be dry (giving the impression either the buns are old or they missed a step with the condiments. However, this last trip the food was perfect and fresh. In effect it comes down to who is fixing the food when u go.

I love Rallys and love their strawberry cones but its disapointing to find out they are out of cones and no one is trained to operate the ice cream machine when there are cones...not to mention their customer service was horrible

Does anyone know if there is any intention to reopen this store? With the death of the Steak n Shake across the street, there is ample opportunity at this location.
Constantly slow, nobody cares to help the customer. You shouldn't have to sit in the drive thru waiting forever when there is nobody in line. Seems they just hope people will pull off so they don't have to work. Also i guess there is no uniform as people wear what they want. I wish i dodnt have to come here, but my son loves the chicken bites box.

The 2 stars are because the food is good. I don't think all rally's suck but the one at 54th & keystone is taxing on a normal person's patience. 26 minutes to get 4 sandwiches today. Only 2 cars in line. I don't know how they remain in business.
