The past year has proven to be gamble as to whether the burgers will be dry (giving the impression either the buns are old or they missed a step with the condiments. However, this last trip the food was perfect and fresh. In effect it comes down to who is fixing the food when u go.
I love Rallys and love their strawberry cones but its disapointing to find out they are out of cones and no one is trained to operate the ice cream machine when there are cones...not to mention their customer service was horrible
They may be the slowest drive through in Nap, but their food is always fresh and the young men they have working are always really nice. They may forget something out of your order every now and then, but the food is always made to order. Just be advised that this one does get get a constant stream if business due to their location. I've never been by here and there wasn't a long line in the driveway. That's anytime of the day or night. It is Broadripple. Be mindful...
