I just went to this location: 3541 Lafayette Rd...7 May 2021 @1542 (3:42P EDT). I specifically asked if they had Candied Bacon Mother Crunchers (which they had on the Street Sign Kiosk (NOT the Main Menu) Attendant Said: YES -- Then a New Lady came on & asked me what I ordered: (4) Candied Bacon Mother Crunchers & (4) total (2) For $3 Hamburgers & (1) XL Fries - She told me my total was: $33.19...I receive a text for my transaction from my Credit Union Almost Immediately...read full review
needs to improve big time.
horrible experience!! no customer satisfaction. would not recommend this rallys to anyone. needs new staff !! need to do better listening to their customers.
