Once again there were no onion crunchers on my mother cruncher.
I'd be impressed with a response if I didn't try again today only to get no bacon, BBQ sauce OR onion tanglers. Went back up and they added bacon, BBQ and regualr onions... so same order and they couldn't get my sandwich right out of 2 more tries.

Refuse to take order due to shift change, even though I came before the shift changed occurred people walking in and out of the building I will be contacting corporate and writing a report and possibly a police report as well

Didn't get what I ordered or asked for, none of the right condiments were on my burger, and the wait was very long. I understand that it gets hard, but if you're going to take so much time, at least get the orders right.

I ordered through the app; I ordered a brisket burger with no pickles, a cheese champ with no mayo, ketchup, onions, lettuce, or tomato on it, and an apple pie. The brisket burger had pickles on it anyway, the cheese champ had all the listed items on it when I asked for them to not be on there, and we didn’t get an apple pie - which I didn’t even notice until after we’d eaten everything. The only thing that wasn’t messed up was the fries.

I only go for the fries with their honey mustard and my children get the chicken bite box sometimes. Every once in a while I have to ask them to remake fries because of how soggy they are but most times customer service is great and fries fresh

I got the food but didn't want to eat it after this interaction. I arrived a few minutes early for a pick up order (NOT through DoorDash), and was given door dash order for someone who didn't even closely sound like my name (My name is a feminine D name and the order was for a masculine E name). When I pointed out the mistake and told the worker, I was told my order had been taken by a doordasher and I would need to dispute it with DoorDash. When I explained that my order wasn't with DoorDash at all and I might just be early for the order to arrive, I was told it wasn't the workers fault and the doordasher had given a code that showed my name and the food was given out correctly. I explained I never ordered through DoorDash and asked to speak with a manager. The worker ignored my request and slammed the window closed. I parked in the parking lot and contacted customer service. As I was finishing up the complaint. The worker came up with the order at the exact time it was scheduled for. There was no apology given. Just the order shoved in my face and walked away. I know the customer isn't always right, but when a mistake is made. Please own up to it and apologize.

Love the deals here! Especially the choose two doubles and make it a meal. The seasoned fries are always so good and the double fish/chicken is always worth the money. Rally's is always budget friendly and tasty!!

Every way it can be horrible it was....with the exception of the fluffy European gentleman. He had gr8 customer service. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes in drive thru on mediocre food. It's rally so I didn't expect Fogo but I thought it would be warm due to the gr8 w8.
Dont go there. Everyone that work there is miserable. Old fries re dipped. Burger not fully cooked. Employees standing out side arguing while you sit at the drive up waiting for them to go back in to take your order. Close this location.

Haven't been here since the 90's and won't be back, filthy! I asked for a strawberry shake, she shows be, out of the window, a watery disgusting mess and tells me she can only give me half because that's all that's in the machine, some guy takes his bare hands and starts putting icream in their filthy machine. Manager, then says I can't have my money back until Monday. What a joke of a business, I guess I haven't missed a thing! So ticked about my hard earned money and he was rude and dismissive, like to bad for yah and he was dressed like a dog gone truck driver. Machines where dirty. Don't go.

I ordered DoorDash from here and I had a large meal and got my drink and my sandwich and not my fries really irritated. I’m missing what I paid for and it was a lot of money. It don’t cost nothing to pay attention and give people they correct orders like…like I never been in the store but it sounds like some young people is in there not doing they job right. I been in fast food for over 8 years baby I never messed up an order. DoorDash funny and not trying to refund me my money. That’s the problem I have.
