DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THIS LOCATION. They will tell you that your order does not exist when you go to pick it up. And they will tell you to take it up with corporate. They are beyond rude. They do not listen to customers. And the manager will slam the window in your face.

Update: A gentleman came outside, and I was able to flag him down. He said the pickups are coming in out of order and they are having to cook the orders as they get to the window and there are tons of orders made just sitting there. I feel SO BAD for these guys. Your system is broken! The employees have kept their cool and seem to be doing their best with a bad situation. Keeping one star so management sees this and does something for them!

Update: It is now 8:14, and the line has not moved for a LONG TIME. I’m stuck in the stupid coral! They are letting cars go through the normal drive through for pickup on the other side, but have not offered any reason why this line won’t budge.

Ordered online from the line and had maybe 12-13 cars ahead of me. Each car that has pulled up to the window in front of me has taken an extremely long time to leave the window. Not sure what’s going on here, but there’s nothing “fast” about this service at a fast food restaurant. I’m still 7 cars away, placed my order at 7:33 and it is now 7:57. I am praying my food will be hot, because this has already added 30 minutes to a 4 hour car ride. Definitely wasn’t expecting this, and would have left the line had I not already paid for my food. Cool that you’re open on Christmas, but maybe that wasn’t a good idea if you don’t have staff for it. I can only imagine they are stressed too!

One word: Rude. Drive through - extended period of silence. When my wife asked if anyone was there - “I said earlier can I take your order?” My wife replied, “Sorry - that didn’t come through on the speakers.” Response - “There is only one lane - it came through.” When ordering - the woman could not get the order correctly. Several back and forth a trying to get our order correct. None of the usual social graces. Felt like we were bothering the woman. Food - delicious

The first order I think we got someone else's and a burger was missing. Went back the next day And full order was replaced and with kindness. Workers there have friendly attitudes and are doing their best. I love rallys. I will always eat there whenever I'm around one.

The two employees that I interacted with on the day shift (1pm) were great.
However, this place is out of the realm of fast food. Don't come here for your lunch break. It took me 23 minutes to get my 4 burgers, and I had to eat while working!
Also, drink missing!

The food is always good but recently they’ve been slacking, after we ordered they said to pull around which is typical when we get wings from there because it takes longer and that’s understandable but after we get home and take everything out of the bag we realize we were missing 2 sandwiches and they didn’t give us our drinks and we had to sit in line for an extra few minutes waiting to get our drinks

There needs to be a zero stars option. My husband and I visited this location on Saturday September 21st. We had to get a refund due to the food being cold the guy at the window was extremely rude and confrontational we will be calling corporate and review this on other social media platforms. The employees need better training.

Deatra and the store manager (I forget his name) went above and beyond to correct our order. I respect a business that owns their mistakes. You don’t see accountability anymore especially fast food industry. Keep these two! Oh and the food was hot, fresh, and accurate
