Fast, friendly, and polite! The customer service here was excellent from start to finish. My order was taken quickly & Darian was super polite! Everything was fresh and hot! Fast and friendly. Though I'd ask to wait for fresh fries. I usually always ask but forgot cause I was so excited to even be at a Rally's here in Indy. Everything was great but my fries were badly burnt.

Craving the famous Rally’s fries yesterday so my friend and myself take the 5 minute drive to the one on Michigan Road by Walmart!
Surprisingly, no one was in the line! Pulling up to the intercom we were immediately greeted and asked to order. All we wanted was some BBQ chicken and a large fry! Once we stopped ordering we realized the guy wasn’t at the monitor plugging in our order. Not thinking nothing of it since it was such an easy order we played it no mind.
We proceeded to ask the total since we had plan to pay in cash. No RESPONSE! We waited about 3 minutes since we were engaged in conversation. Noticing the guy hadn’t told us the total NOR asking us to pull forward since we were done ordering. We said HELLO into the intercom AGAIN! No RESPONSE! So we pull forward to the window. No one was in sight! Thinking he may be cooking out yummy fresh fries we decided to wait. And wait we did…😒 After 30 minutes of waiting for chicken and fries NO EMPLOYEE never came to that window!
So we happily drove to Burger King next door! The employee immediately greeted us and served us hot fresh chicken and fries!! Looking across we counted an additional 4 vehicles drive off from Rally’s. Very disappointing when a huge company is paying employees to do nothing! What a waste of resources. Not to mention the amount of money LOST from the vehicles that drove away.

This is a pass as there are much better options in the area. The fries were nothing but grease and the food just isn't appetizing like I remember Rally's.

I once ordered a chocolate shake, but got vanilla instead. It was so good, I will never order chocolate again. The Big Buford is fantastic. By the time I get home with it, it's kind of fused? together so I get every ingredients flavor in every bite. Best fast food.

It was nice to find a Rally's after the ones near where I live have all closed. The staff was friendly and my fries were amazing!!!

Placed a mobile order as I usually do. This is the second time in a row that the food has been incorrect and the fries weren't hot at all. Haven't ate here in probably two months because I was upset the last time. Ordered two combos and my fiance has to drive back because toppings that we asked to have removed were on them and his burger was missing toppings that should have been included. Never used to have these problems when I visited in the past, it's like this new night crew has no idea what they're doing or how to even make their menu items. Very unhappy and not sure I'll be returning to this location.

I had a very similar experience here about a month ago as the past 2 people idk how this lady still works here. For me I ordered my food plain and clarified at least 3 times bc she would repeat the food back and leave out the plain part. I get to the windows and get my food and immediately checked it.I politely told them that I ordered my food plain she then told me at lets say an above talking volume that i was wrong I didnt do that and I needed to get out of their line bc I was backing it up there was 1 car it was still ordering

All the guys that was here at 10:40pm on August 28th need fired! So unprofessional, rude, play around the whole shift!!! New guy was coo he get a pass but the other boys FIRED EM ASAP. Bad for y'all business

I ordered a chicken sandwich and original burger. The burger was alright but the chicken sandwich didn't look right or smell right so I threw it away. I got two originals and they both didn't look right so I threw them away. I don't take chances on eating food that could make me sick. I called to talk to manager. He did nothing. I called 800 number they did nothing. Will never return. I've been to other locations and the food was really good.
