My grandmother is wheelchair bound. When we go get groceries, I like to take her out to eat. We'd seen a commercial for Rally's and decided to go here. 10:30. We're waiting for 15 minutes with no response, no employees. I look in through the side window and see a single employee on his phone. He gets up and moves the chair further back out of sight. I notice someone pull into the drive thru and after another 10 minutes I ask if they've had their order taken. He pulls up and starts honking because he didn't realize how long he was waiting. The employee peeks around the corner, notices me and tries to wave me away. When I don't leave, he comes up and tells me and the drive thru in extremely broken English that the manager isn't here, and he can't take orders. From what I gathered, the manager had to go open up another Rally's that had forgotten their key? No signs, no communication, and we had to forego our cravings and go to Burger King next door instead.

Day time staff is great and usually very friendly. Was informed they are not open at their posted times. They are listed as open until 3am it is 12am and was informed they are closed. If this is accurate they need to change posted times.

I came to the restaurant tonight after work and there was one car waiting at the speaker. Waited for a few minutes and then the building lights turned off. We both had no choice but to leave hungry. It was 12:10 am, and this restaurant is supposed to be open until 2.am. I stoped coming here a few years ago because of this happening. I recently started comng back and it was going well until tonight. I am very upset as I was looking forward to it all evening.

I work for Doordash and tried to pick up my customers order. After a 45 minute wait with no one else in the line. I was cussed out because I asked for the drink that completed the customers order as they had forgotten initially. The woman harassed me about being a baby for asking for the drink and made racist comments. Do not eat here. I already called the cooperate office and got a case number.
