Went and order 2 Chilli dogs, received 2 Chilli burgess that was TOTALLY TRASH. I will NEVER eat at 10th street Rally's again. Simply sad the service now days for the money we spend. They deserve zero stars.

So I grew up in the area and loved going here when I was in middle school and high school (08-2015). Unfortunately over the years the location got worse and worse until 2023 when they closed it down. In 2022 the attitude and vibe from the place just made you feel unwelcomed and like youre a bother. So when it closed in late 2022 like so many other locations, it didn't come as a surprised. Then late last year I noticed them working on the building. Figured they were turning into a different food place. Nope someone bought it, revamped it and opened a new rallys and let me tell ya the pleasant attitude alone has me hopeful that this location will be so much better. Especially since it's individually owned so the owner will actually be more hands on compared to corporate locations.

Slow service. Cars were warning us not to order because they waited 30 Mins plus smh. They take your order @ 1 window, then send you to the window on other side. Rally
Wrost customer service ever. Today the 5 of June 2023. It was around 7 o'clock.I just went to Rally's and found a short guy (black) with red Rally's shirt on. he told me that they were close. I asked why? He said he don't have to tell me and I proceed to ask why again. He then started cursing me out and screaming at me, just to say "BECAUSE AM THE ONLY ONE HERE". I never been treated like this before. I hope he never get to act like this with another customer.

Always holding people in drive threw for over 10 min. Or more to tell you one night , call in orders only , then next time credit cards only . And slow as slow can go .Parking: Enough, they'd never pack there order boards ,,,lol ..' can't ever pack a parking lot . Lol

Under extremely difficult circumstances Aaron provided the absolute best service I could've asked for. He was working by himself with a broken drink machine and did a great job. He was apologetic and made every attempt to fix the situation. Under those circumstances I probably would've walked out myself but Aaron was sticking around and serving customers. He showed a massive amount of integrity and I appreciate his efforts to provide service!

Worst rally I have ever been to. Waited on an hour because I was stuck in line just to have my order taken and get to the window and the gentleman tell me to go around the building and wait for my food even longer. Definitely need so district or regional managers in this location.

I tried to order around 2 PM. The drive through worker told me to wait. The workers looked out to see if I was still there twice a few minutes later but didn't engage me again. I drove off. Not the first time that's happened. I will never go there again. What good is a restaurant that doesn't serve food?
