I’ve went twice and the first time there was no fries at all and the second time I went they had no burgers ! Do better like why are you guys even open 😐.

Well just a little bit ago not even an hour me and my wife stopped in at Rally's we ordered two for $6.50 deals three of them the double cheeseburgers we got rang up for four of the double cheeseburgers and two singles and that's what they gave us but that's not what we ordered so I took the three hamburgers wasn't even cheeseburgers back up to the store to get them fixed because it wasn't my error it was the cashier's they charged me an extra $2.50 to fix my order none of them look like they knew what they were doing in there the manager shouldn't be a manager look to me like he was tweaking we had the simplest order six double cheeseburgers or fries that was it they couldn't even get that right all of them looked high like they were in the clouds and I think the GM there needs to lose his job he shouldn't even be one so yeah I give one star review across the board customer service sucked the food sucked all around just a bad experience thank you and have a nice day

This was absolutely terrible. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. At first, I didn't think there was anything but bread... barely a patty AT ALL. PATHETIC.
I will never NEVER go to Rally's again. Especially this location.

This location does not advertise their $4 meals...so after ordering a more expensive meal ..I asked what happened to the cheaper meals he said oh we have them...but I can't add anything to my order!!! I will not ever go back to this location

Food is great, especially when everything else has closed.. Service would of been 4 stars but they didn't respond after pulling up to place an order, making me think maybe they were closed. I pulled up to the drive thru window didn't see anybody but noticed their hrs posted on window and they should be open. so I drove around to the drive-thru again and this time they responded and took my order. and everything was good from there. Atmosphere got 2 stars just because of where it's located. Not the nicest part of town by any means.

I haven't had Rally's for a long time so they had the $4, $5 and $6 special and it was actually pretty good. Food was hot and tasty!
I added Extra patty, Extra Cheese. They forgot the extra patty and completely removed the cheese? Should reading tests be part of the interview process? Horrible, never again with is unfortunate because I enjoy Rally’s.
