Horrible. I posted the burnt gyoza picture. So burnt, it smelled up my car! They gave me a pile of alfalfa sprouts rather than noodles. I took it back to voice my concerns & the “owner” argued with me!!! Will not be back and I don’t recommend!

Spicy Miso Ramen was great. Probably the best tasting broth I’ve had in Indiana. The gyozas were also pretty good.

This cozy little ramen place is my favorite in all of Indy, hands down the best ramen I've been able to find in this city. Every single thing on the menu is phenomenal and I love the laid back atmosphere inside the restaurant itself. Tonight I got carry-out and unfortunately once I got home, I realized half my order was missing. I called the restaurant and ended up driving back to get the rest of my order. The customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected to receive. They truly turned my night all the way around, even though I had to drive back to get the rest. I will be back many times! ?

My gyoza weren’t cooked right. They were all stuck together. I guess that’s why they were smothered in sauce (that is usually on the side) I don’t appreciate this. The sauce was too much. Could’ve just made another order, they’re $10 for six. Has a burnt taste.

I had an ad-hoc dinner invite to Ramen Rays. I’d heard great stories about it but didn’t fancy Ramen on this occasion. I saw on their website they had some curry choices which I am a fan of curry in general. I had the chicken curry rice. Coming from the UK where curry is a staple diet I was very disappointed with the curry both flavour and general layout. A ton of rice and minimal sauce and chicken. It arrived about 2 mins after I ordered it and as such assumed minimal prep needed to serve it. It tasted very much like a microwaveable curry I’d get back home if I was in a pinch. The service staff were very nice and the place clean and tidy but I’d recommend the Ramen if you eat here over the curries (which I guess is in the name of the place). I was surprised at the cost of an entree which was 16-17 dollars which was very steep for the quality of the food in my opinion.

Parking: Parking lot had a ton of potholes and damaged a rim pulling in so be aware!!

I would say the ramen price range is $16-20, so on the higher end of the $10-20 range. That said, don't let that deter you! This is definitely worth trying and has made it to my permanent "definate eats" list. The gyoza (japanese pot stickers) was also well done. Admittedly, not the best I've ever had, but I will always be ordering more whenever I visit. I had the black garlic tonkotsu which had a rich savory broth. I ended up drinking the entire thing once I was done with all the noodles. My nephew had the curry rice which was a little different from the japanese curry I expected (from home and visits to Tokyo), but still delicious nonetheless. I don't know if curry changes regionally in Japan, or if this is their take on Japanese curry, but it is still a solid choice.

The food was really good. The service was really friendly and welcoming. I waited maybe 5 minutes and the food was already served.

Vegetarian options: I ate a vegetarian dish, they had plenty of choices, also vegan options.

Parking: Good parking lots with a lot of space.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is all on one level, good for wheelchairs

Delicious ramen, good price for a big bowl, great fried rice, and the waitress was very kind. All around a great experience.
