Yesterday July 19,2020 (My birthday) I order food at 3:31 and when got there the young lady said she doesn’t see my order and I explain to her I called an I know this the correct address 38th and then she said she will go get her manger. Her manger came with a bad attitude no greeting and started talking loud with me and as I’m talking to her I said are you getting a attitude with me because a mistake was made and she also told me to get out; I worked in customer for 20 year and continue and I never in my life experience customer service this way in fact my mother worked for red lobster for 16 years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida so we love red lobster but what I experienced yesterday bring me to tears and when I call to explain about the order she hang up me because I said she need to be trained to know the role of management. I also had my mother called because she know every red lobster rules when it comes to customer and she lied. I meant rude people before but this was the worst of life.

On 6/21/20 my mother spent $200 for the women and girls of our family to have dinner, since the men were out enjoying father’s day. When we got our food home and opened it up on two of our meals out of 10/12 were messed up. We called back and spoke to a “manager” , who would not give his name, who told us due to COVID-19 we could not take our food back. We explained that we just wanted the two incorrect meals fixed. THEY REFUSED TO FIX OUR MEALS. We then gathered all of the food we purchased and took it back to the store. When we got there the manager Sarah came out with an attitude stating she would talk to us but we would not be threatening her employees. No one in my family threatened anyone. When my sister was on the phone with the guy manager she told them they needed to do their job and just fix our meal. Now not only will they not fix our food Sarah went on to say that she WILL NOT be giving us our money back. She then called the police on us. While standing outside we also called police. As we were waiting on the police the gentleman that was waiting behind us came out asked what happened, then proceeded to tell us that he has now purchased some of the food that we had just returned. DUE TO COVID-19 YOU CANNOT RESELL FOOD ESPECIALLY AFTER IT HAS LEFT THE BUILDING, however Sarah did just that. We have the gentleman on camera stating he purchased our food that we returned. Sarah has now kept our food and our money and resold the food. Red lobster was paid twice for the same food. The police told us that we would have to take them to court to get our $200 back. Red lobster are thieves. They have fraudulently kept our money. I will never visit the location on 38th street in Indianapolis ever again

So after all of the complaining that I did, I finally got a FULL refund, and here it is several months later and they sent me a gift card for the terrible experience that I had with them.

Grub Hub order was missing the lobster. They made the driver force me into being the middle man. I expect my money back at least for the part of the order I didn’t receive.

I walked in and decided not to risk it. It wasn't clean and there wasn't a greeter. A dusty waitress walked past but did not acknowledge us. We walked out and went to JUICY SEAFOOD AND IT WAS AWESOME.

Good food, manager was nice and very professional he made his rounds to each table to check on the guests. Lobster was a little over done but that was to be expected since we came in 45 mins before closing...The assistant server was more attentive than the actual server, the assistant server did a great job!

Well everyone Red Lobster on West 38th Street is the lobster to go to the management has changed the service has changed a lot of the people that were in there before have changed the services quite magnificent and the food is even better depending on what you order you going there after Seafood please only order seafood and not stay in our chicken or the seafood cuz that's what their specialty is and you will have a better dining experience with me seafood experience then a mixture of something that they don't really are the heads up. I'll just head formation does you without hope you're down there and have a pleasant dining experience like I just had.

The service was terrible. I ordered the crab leg dinner with a side of shrimp with a baked potatoes. She brought my food out in 3 separate trips (and I had to keep asking for my food). By the time I got it, it was so cold. We had to ask for refills and our server gave us major attitude about it. I won't go back to that location again. The last several times I've been there was disappointing, but this was the worst trip

The location is clean and sort of well lit. Took a little while for food to come. Everything was to satisfaction. They offer more than seafood and a variety of vegan dishes

Waiter was very efficient and courteous. Most of our meals (3 of 4) came out cold. He was quick to fix and apologetic. Kitchen needs supervision.

Bryson was awesome! My only complaint is that they were out of fresh mozzarella. I'm seriously addicted to the dragon broccoli with my balsamic glaze and biscuits. It's a meal in itself. I went at about 5 on a Saturday. No wait. But the house felt full. I'm going to have to try so delivery because I'd love to be able to binge watch under the covers with my crispy spicy broccoli and biscuits. I so want extras. I wish it came in t a larger portion. With my rewards app I didn't pay hardly anything for my food. I will be back, if not this location, I will be at another.
