Stopped in here for an early dinner and had an amazing experience. The service from Chelsea was very friendly and attentive. Everything we ate was excellent, very great burgers!

This was my first time ever going to a red robin and it was awful. The waitress, Chelsea, was terrible. Barely came to our table. Someone else brought out our food and the salad was hot. The sides were not bottomless since the waitress hardly came to our table. I asked for a new salad and it came at the end when I was ready for the bill. And no one ever brought a fork to the table. There was also a woman in the kitchen handling food with no hair net or hat, wearing a sleeveless shirt with her armpits hanging out all over the place. I have honestly never had a worse experience at a restaurant ever. The burgers and chicken we ordered were ok but the fries were awful. I'll probably never eat at a red robin again after this.

Sat at the bar for 5 minutes during lunch time on a Saturday never got greeted. Didn’t even have a host at the door.

Great service. Simply grilled chicken sandwich and Caesar wrap excellent. The Royal which had egg on it is great too. Reds Tavern is very good. A little smaller and lower priced and stll comes with fries. SPECIAL right now: Reds double with bottomless fries and a bottomless soda, tea or lemonade is 9.99 for a limited time! And the fries were extra good today!! Great again! Sarah and the whole team were great! Way to go, Sarah!

Food was hot and tasty. I have had food from here in the past where I picked it up when they said it would be ready and it was cold. So not a fan of this method at this restaurant as it happened more than once. However eating in the restaurant the food was hot and had a really good taste to it.

Excellent service!!! Really appreciated our server and how she took care of us. We stayed a few hours to talk and even past closing time (accidentally) and she was so gracious. The food was perfect! The Whisky River BBQ burger is my absolute favorite and it was as good as I remembered. And I love their Freckled Lemonade! Definitely will go back.

Jacob was the absolute best server! We had a big group of volleyball girls and parents. The food was cooked perfectly. Jacob kept all of our orders straight. He was so kind and kept everything in order.

Server was amazing he tried his hardest no bad complaints there ! But we had a very unpleasant experience. The General manager was working in the back making food with no hair net! My burger was covered in hair, which i was willing to ignore until the rest of the food was just as bad an inedible. My son ordered corn dogs kids meal were completely burned he couldn’t even bite into them, My food was covered in hair, we ordered another kids meal with a burger and it was dry… the server seemed scared too say anything to the GM when we brought up the issue. They then thought we were going to pay 40$ for food that was completely inedible nobody at the table ate anything. Not too mention 9 months pregnant in order for me to get a refund on the burger she had covered in her hair they had too take my food and wouldn’t remake it since i asked for a refund.. why even be in the back around food with long hair and no hair net? regardless of your title .. questionable. Then proceeded to say we were told the corn dogs were a little hard your right but we didn’t expect them to be completely black and rock solid!!!! and why even offer to serve something you knew was inedible. I work in the food industry i know better so why wouldn’t she ? as general manager… they were not short staffed and did indeed have cooks in the kitchen so i’m not quite sure why she was back there working with NO HAIR NET in the first place. i stopped coming here years ago for this exact reason😤
