Son muy buenas las pupusas pero incluyen la propina obligatoriamente en ma cuenta sin preguntar, eso está muy mal. 👎 es voluntaria dependiente de la atención que uno haya recibido.
Order online and pick them up, wait more than 1 hour and a half and the store was empty, they gave priority to online orders....

Such yummy food, large pupusas (see pic) and extremely friendly service! We had the pupusas and the enchiladas Salvidoreñas - all *very* delicious!
I was pretty hungry and one pupusa filled me up! My teenage son, who eats a ton, ordered 3 pupusas and an enchilada, and still had a whole pupusa to take home!
They also sell Salvadorian sweet bread.
*You can call ahead and order to pick up as well!
Vegetarian options: Many different veggie options - veggie pupusas, fried plantains, etc.
Kid-friendliness: Kid menu :)

You have to order the food a week in advance, it is superrrrrrre slow, plus there is no air conditioning, you suffocate waiting.....
Excessively greasy pupusas like never before, they dripped oil, so much oil is disgusting

I've been coming to this restaurant every morning for breakfast for the past three months. While the food is consistently delicious, the customer service leaves much to be desired.
If I'm spending $25-30 on breakfast platter , it's frustrating to be charged an additional $5 for an extra sauce ( which I was charged the last 3 days ). It feels unreasonable and unwelcoming. As a regular customer, I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering the staff by asking for certain items to complete my meal I don’t like the yuka and so please remove it ( I didn’t ask for a discount just not the item ) . Good customer service is an essential part of the dining experience, and it's disappointing to see it lacking here.
I hope the management addresses these issues because I genuinely enjoy the food, but the service needs significant improvement . I also had to come in to order because the person didn’t speak English and kept hanging up on me .
I really hope they work through these things the food is awesome .

Worst place to eat at, no flavor, no good food, taste is horrible, food is not cook properly, atmosphere is sad because it really look like a good place to try something new and they took over an hour for a small order.

Pupusas are such an iconic cultural dish and you can always tell when made with love. Unfortunately here, we didn’t feel that at all. The owner was disrespectful to not only my family, but to her own staff openly in front of us, threatening to dock her pay. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
