The food looks better on the menu than in person and the service is not very guaranteed because I have been there more than once and they never take my order as it is.Besides, if you are not careful to check your payment receipt, you do not realize that they are automatically charging you the tip, that they charge you 10% and many times you leave it on the table and she is not able to clarify that the tip has already been collected. So you leave a double tip, that is not professional and speaks badly of the waitress, that is, did you treat you well or did she treat you badly? If I was in this restaurant and they threatened me with the police and I was a long-time customer, this restaurant does not serve the people who are there are very rebellious and they did not serve me for an hour waiting for a message and the police threatened to throw me out, do not go to this dirty restaurant that doesn't serve

I am a uber eats driver . I recently came here to pick up an order for a customer. I got out to my car when I realized there was ants crawling all inside my customers food. Clearly a cake type of loaf wrapped in ceran wrap. I brought the food back inside and informed the employee. She saw the bugs crawling in the food with her own eyes as well as my 2 children who come uber with me sometimes as well. Now this employee tried giving me a different loaf of whatever it was and that one had ants in it also. So what did she do ?? She tried to shake the bug out of it ND gave it back to me and said here it's ok now. I am so appalled by this it turns my stomach ?. I would recommend NO one to eat here DUE TO UNSANITARY CONDITIONS AND CARELESS EMPLOYEES OR EVEN WORSE OWNERSHIP. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH

The food is good to be honest.Although the service is extremely slow like really slow. You’ll have to wait an hour just to maybe get some pupusas. The atmosphere is small not that big but it’s good tho. And they should have like security because too many creeps go inside to ask for money or sell random things which can be uncomfortable for people.
