Not exactly sure why because the restaurant wasn't packed but after the runner brought our food out, our server came over to apologize for our food taking so long. We didn't notice but we did start checking our food and it was clear that all the plates had been sitting awhile- nothing was hot. This was surprising because I've been coming here for over 20 years and one of the strong points of Rick's is that the food is always hot, not warm but Hot! Like I said, unusual to say the least and not something to cause me not to come back... sometimes things happen?!

My dear friends and I had the most wonderful lunch after being unable to get together for five months. Rick's is our favorite place to meet and it did not disappoint. Our server, Jeff, was awesome, the food delicious and we had a great time catching up. As always, everyone on staff was friendly, welcoming and warm. We will be back soon!

From the hostess remembering me by name to the attentiveness of the staff, Rick's is quickly becoming my go-to. My favorite dish is the Salmon Roulades. I've been 3-times in the past week.

Great food! A little pricey but was cooked well. Service was slow and not the restaurant was not very busy. Overall - I'd go back!

I had a birthday party for 10 people for my daughter's birthday. The table was ready and well placed. Our server was not very attentive at all. He came by for drink orders and then level offered drinks a second time. The food for some was good, but for others than was less than average, especially for a $40 entree - the lobster was tough and hard. He did get all of the orders correct and for a party of 10 with multiple checks can be problematic. That was a positive.

We had the most wonderful dining experience at Rick's. Everything was delicious and our waiter was amazing. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Dinner with two brothers to catch up. Wonderful environment - lots of menu choices - missing fish and chips though - waitress was excellent and gave us time to make decisions - great desserts and coffee Plan to come back here again as quiet environment you can gear and understand each other

ALWAYS GOOD! My 82 year old father complains no matter where we go, but never Rick's. He's always the first one to compliment the food here. Last night was the first time he'd been since my wedding, also held at Rick's, and I thought I was going to have to call the EMS he was so complimentary!

Food was so so - my chicken was dry - sauce dried out, but service was great! I always love the view and atmosphere.

Got seated right away, parking was a little crazy. Server was really good and food is really good. Always weird that there are always police outside every time we come in.

ALEX was our WAITER and he was efficient, timely, professional and personable. We truly enjoyed ALEX. The table location was too cramped back to back chairs next to two other tables of 5 guests at each table and a two- person booth that may as well have been seated at our table - it was cramped in terms of conversations, disruption, and privacy. Quite disappointing as the restaurant main dining room and bar area were otherwise empty. The seafood boil's crab cluster was not fresh catch ( for the price( - shell just wasn't cracking; it was not steam'n and neat was not feathery and hot...Ricks's needs to do better in the kitchen.

One of my favorite spots for so many reasons. Rick's employees and atmosphere has such an old school feel of treating everyone with kindness and respect.

I had the fisherman's catch and it was excellent. Also, the calamari was amazing (I dont even like calamari. ).

The waiter was polite but only provided the bare minimum of service. He seemed much more attentive to other tables, which made us feel overlooked and unimportant. My family came specifically for the grouper fingers, the dish I had been raving about, only to find out they were no longer on the menu. That was disappointing since it was the main reason we chose this restaurant.

To make matters worse, there was a loud, intoxicated group seated next to us. They were shouting and carrying on the entire time, and management did nothing to address it. It completely ruined the atmosphere.

The food itself was fine, compliments to the chef, but the overall experience was not worth the price. The restaurant’s management and environment need serious improvement.
