Rise & Shine Breakfast House

I don’t like to do negative reviews however I feel compelled too. It was our first time visiting this restraunt and we were the 2nd customers there this morning, we love to try new breakfast places unfortunately this one let us down ! Waitress Holly was very rude to us idk why but the entire visit, and we never was offered refills and when I asked if she could heat up some syrup she rudely and quickly said they are not allowed to do that! And walked away, she just threw our straws down also . The toast was so hard it wasn’t edible.we ate about half our meals and left the girls in their made us uncomfortable and they were all snoody and rude! The food did come quick tho , hats off to the chef!! We won’t be returning and not sure if we will try the one in Southport anytime soon! It’s hard to find good help these days!

I got a BLT with no tomato. My boyfriend got a chicken club dried up chicken. Not very good won't do that again.

Nice little place and the food is good. It is absolutely too loud. If you or a family member is sound sensitive, this is not the place you want to go. If you don't mind noise, it's good.

The food so-so. My omelet was hard, grits watery and no crisp edges on the pancakes as asked.

I've previously had decent experiences here, but this last experience has me highly disappointed. The food and atmosphere are like your standard breakfast place; fine but nothing special. The service wasn't great. You got the feeling from the waitress you were an inconvenience every time she came by and she she didn't refill the table's drinks, even when asked. An hour after we arrived, the manager walked over and said we had to leave because there was a wait even though three other tables had just gotten up to leave and we had also waited to get a table. My friend called today to express her concerns about the situation. The manager spoke over her throughout the phone call and stated that we didn't tip enough and that we could take our business elsewhere. I was shocked with how incredibly unprofessional the manager was.

I asked for the bacon to be extra, extra crispy it was limp. So I ask for them to crisp it more. They brought it back it 15 sec. It was still not right. The hashbrowns were hard and chewy. This is the 3rd time we have tried this place. I'm sorry to say it was bad for me each time. My husband got the breakfast burrito it was really good.

I spilled my drink (iced tea). Two servers came out to help clean up. One was very rude about it and started speaking Spanish (rude) and it felt like it was about me. My wifes food was an omlet and asked for hollandaise sauce. The omlet was over cooked, the avacodo was old and disgusting. The attitude was rude and uncalled for. We will never be coming back.

Didn't expect so many customers.. bad for me, good for them

Server Abraham was very good and courteous, but the food was quite mediocre. Hash browns undercooked, cheese on my meat lovers’ skillet was burnt, and for a “meat lovers” skillet the meat was underwhelming; very little meat and not that large of a serving for an entree as well as bland.

$15 for chicken and waffles. You get a basic waffle with two pieces of frozen, processed chicken fingers. Lazy, overpriced food. Won't be back.

The steak omelette all over the place ..very sloppy made. My French toast with strawberries on top was good. My hash browns could of been cooked more. The waitress was horrible.We were swatting knats. If you do eat here, carry out
